What a day! I was meant to go with my mum but she was not well. So went solo! Nana the tour guide has been amazing! Very informative, full of karisma and made sure the day went smoothly! Would five 10/10 if I could! Alpaca world was fun and cute! Nami island was so beautiful! Garden of morning calm was so peaceful and tranquil. Didn’t want to leave!

Alpacas World has more than just Alpacas but also squirrels, ostriches and various other farm animals. Learn about the alpacas living habits, characteristics and other fun facts from the alpaca expert on site. Your trip to the Alpaca world is not complete without feeding them. For visitors who are interested, you also have the option to take these cute and fluffy animals for a little walk.
Nami Island is especially famous during winter after K-Drama Winter Sonata was filmed there. Nami Island is 63 km away from Seoul in the direction of Chuncheon, and is famous for its beautiful tree lined roads. The island is 30 minutes away from Chuncheon and an hour away from the suburbs of Seoul. Since it is not far from Seoul, many couples and families come to visit.
The plants which boasted their beauty in Spring, Summer, and Fall start preparing for winter. Birds’ songs and the sound of water flowing under ice, which can be heard in silence in nature while you walk on the path covered with white snow, will clear your mind. When it becomes dark on a cold winter night, the garden starts waking up slowly as lights are turned on. The festival which starts every December and continues until March of the next year.

Good experience for people if you like nature and animals and walking for a long time Jesse was fun and did a good job
We were able to do so much in a short amount of time! Although it was a holiday CK did an amazing job navigating it. He was a great guide!
except for the traffic on a sunny Sunday it was a fantastic experience!
The experience was really well organized with very good planning. We were able to see so many things with the time we had. Yamy is energetic, helpful and amazing! She gave us important tips for each site which I really appreciate. I highly recommend Yamy and her tour!
Our tour guide Yamy is very efficient and organized. We hit 4 different locations-Alpaca world,Nami Island,Italian'/French village and Garden of Morning calm in a day.My family got upgraded to this package because the package I bought for the day did not satisfy tge minimum requirements. It was nice for the tour company to do this.Yamy let us rest in the bus to prepare for the next location. The bus was very comfortable and the naps in between was well appreciated. It was a hot summer day so we feel really exhausted after visiting 1 place.Yamy provided tips where to go which were very helpful considering that the time is limited. The only thing is that in Nami island my son wants to ride the bike while I want to take photos. We met halfway but it was such a bad idea that we lost our time.LOL!I should've allowed him to go biking while I do my thing.Divide and conquer!Anyways, overall, our experience with this tour is great.Being able to hit 4 places in one day given our short time in Korea is best value.I also like the scenery along the way.Lastly, we enjoyed our lunch -dak-galbi -traditional cuisine in that area.Yamy requested us to pre-order the lunch to save time. Alpaca world-Alpacas are very friendly!Got the chance to be upclose and personal Nami island-Winter Sonata k-drama location, beautiful tree lines, so much to see and do! Petite France- 2 of my fave k-dramas film locations:Secret Garden and My love from the stars Garden of morninv calm- very relaxing, bonsai plants are amazing! Love the millennium Juniper tree!
S.A travels have 3 convenient pick up locations. Our tour started at Alpaca World. Where you can get up close with the Alpacas, you can feed them and take photos. Afterwards we had lunch at Nami Island. I would recommend the Chuncheon Chicken Dakgalbi absolutely delicious lunch. After lunch we took the boat to Nami Island which is roughly takes 10 minutes there and back. Beautiful place to visit. Then we visited Petite France and Italian Village, afterwards we went to The Garden Of Morning Calm which was my personal highlight of the day, it is possibly the most beautiful garden place I have visited in my life this was absolutely mesmerising. A special thank you to our tour operator Yamy forget positive energy andthe way she communicated with throughout the day🙂🙏
I think the time allocated to visit three places could be distributed only between visiting the island and the calm morning garden, as it is the most interesting and has the least amount of time allocated, especially the last place.
Our guide Mina was fantastic. I would recommend this tour to see all 3 places. If you want a slower pace to enjoy Nami Island I suggest doing that as a half day trip on your own.
Great tour with Mina. She provided a lot of history about South Korea. I especially enjoyed feeding the alpacas.
I had a wonderful trip on my birthday. Zero was helpful and kind. There is so much to see and do on Nami Island. My favorite part was zip lining onto the island.
Was very fun, our guide zero was friendly and nice
Thank you so much, Alex! We truly had an amazing time. Alex gives excellent recommendations, and the tour was very spontaneous and fun. Highly recommended! Thank you, Alex oppa!
I LOVE YAMY ❤️ and she's very kind and provides everything we need and each station/ stop was also very interesting and fun!
I was an amazing experience on this tour along with our guide Alex. He explained us all the rules and took us to an amzing restaurant for lunch. I highly recommend everyone to go for this tour
Great trip with Alex as the tour guide, friendly and helpful at all times. Enjoyed the whole tour with tips given by Alex on which is the best route! Highly recommend!
We had a great day. Mina was very informative and kept us on schedule the entire day. Her English was perfect. The alpacas were fun to watch. Nami Island was a bit crowded but still enjoyable.
Amazing tour! Alex was so friendly and made the trip fun and easy. Alpaca World, Nami Island, and the Garden of Morning Calm were all stunning — definitely worth it! 🦙✨
The Garden of Morning Calm was amazing. Nami Island and Alpaca Ranch were super fun. Alex did a good job explaining everything and keeping track of us. I would recommend this tour. A great tour, especially for families.
A very long drive to get to activities. Probably driving around 4.5 to 5 hours in total for the day. Not much time spent at Alpaca World after the feeding of the Alpaca’s though admittedly not much to see after the feeding anyway. I personally didn’t think that Alpaca World was worth the time and effort. The rest of the day was fantastic. The Garden of the Morning Calm was the best I have ever seen and loved the Italian and French village.
Wonderful experience, a really packed day with an excellent tour guide (Yamy!) who was accommodating to mine and my friends dietary requirements and communicative and fun. You’ll see SO much in one day so I recommend walking shoes AND a sun umbrella. Highly recommend!
it was fun! got to travel to alot of places in one day. alpacas were nice and nami island was beautiful
My two kids enjoyed feeding the alpacas and baby parrots. The Nami island adventure was amazing. There was an optional zip line to the island in lieu of a ferry ride for an extra $40 US dollars which I would consider next time.
This experience was really great! The sights were absolutely beautiful! Rose was a great tour guide and made it fun and run very smoothly! ❤️
First time traveling in Korea and our tour guide Josh made it such a wonderful experience! From the bus transpo to the 3 Locations, he was very informative, funny and entertaining! He offers so much suggestions on all the tourists, including places to explore, food, stuffs to buy and more! Will definitely book on viator again and look specifically for Josh.
It was really cool experience to see 3 different places in one day. Can be a little tiring but the air conditioned bus provides good down time. Our guide Joe was super helpful and fun. Would highly recommend.
We are travelling with 2 elderly (one with walking stick), and found this tour not too difficult for them. We can still enjoy the views with slower pace. Feeding Alpaca is a new experience for us, while Nami is beautiful as always. Chicken bbq lunch is great.
It was really fun and well planned out :) a great day trip for solos, friends or family trip. Our tour guide is David, awesome guy!
Great and Fun tour. Tour Guide Jesse was fun and engaging. We did a lot of things from Alpaca World to Nami Island, good tour
Experience was so fun and had a great time! The host was amazing and kept it light and fun. Had a wonderful day
Guide Andrew was a very professional one. He is very attentive to details to the needs of his group from meals to activities. He gave my daughter a heat pad and helped my mom with purchase of new pair of shoes as her soles came off. Itinerary is well planned
My family was visiting Korea and we went on a day long excursion to Alpaca World. Nami Island and Garden of Morning Calm with our Guide K! It was very eventful and fun. I would do it again! ^^
The tour felt like a rushed school trip. The guide provided basic information only and most of her comments focused on repetitive reminders about when/where is the assembly point. At every location we were rushed to leave, sometimes even earlier than planned. Nami Island and other destinations are amazing and definitely worth visiting but not with this company.
Jesse our guide made the day run smoothly, was so informative and well prepared. A variety of experiences all packed into a day. Well worth the early start.
This was one of the best tours we have ever had the pleasure of joining in our travels all around the world. Our guide Peter was very prepared and made this experience truly enjoyable. He was knowledgeable and engaging, going above and beyond to share unique stories, history, cultural insights, and more. His love for Korea was contagious and we will forever be grateful for his thoughtfulness in sharing his beautiful country with us.
Our recent trip to Nami Island and Alpaca World was an absolute delight, thanks to our humorous and engaging tour guide, Alvin. Despite the rainy weather, the tour was worthwhile and memorable. Alvin’s witty commentary and cheerful personality kept our spirits high throughout the day. He shared fascinating stories and interesting facts about each destination, making the tour both entertaining and educational. Nami Island was breathtaking, even in the rain, with its picturesque landscapes and serene ambiance. Alpaca World was equally enjoyable, as we got to interact with the adorable alpacas up close. Overall, the trip was a fantastic experience, made even better by Alvin's excellent guidance. Highly recommended!
It’s a lovely calming tour full of pleasant surprises. Our guide Jesse was very helpful, had time for all of us and we were a group of 40. If you like nature, animal world this is the tour for you.
The tour is great. The guide, Jessi, is very friendly and knowledgable regarding the tour. He gave useful tips for each sightseeing spot.
Very full tour with excellent destinations. Possibly too many in the timeframe as guide was always seeming to rush to get to next place. Also drop off points at end of a busy day left many passengers a considerable distance from their accommodation- costs of travel back to hotels!
Rose was our tour guide and she did an excellent job! She was very knowledgeable and made everything fun~ even riding in the bus! We enjoyed feeding alpacas and watching them run down to us. Nami island was beautiful with many attractions~ we really want to go back and spend more time there. Finally, the garden of morning calm was a gorgeous and tranquil end to our long and exciting day. I would definitely take this tour again and highly recommend!!! *** bring a portable phone charger bc you will be taking a ton of photos.
3/17/24 Katherine-ha was an exceptional tour guide. She organized this wonderful tour concisely. Very specific itinerary, she explained the historical and cultural importance of the places we visited, plus more. She is kind, friendly and helpful. The only downside (for the company?) was: We were all (everyone in the bus) picked-up from the Myeongdong location we opted for, close to our hotels, because it was convenient for us tourists not knowing our way around. We requested to be returned to the original pickup place but was told “no” due to heavy traffic when we return. We were dropped off to a farther location. This was disappointing after a long, cold and tiring 12 hour-day. When we reached the Myeongdong area (original meeting point), after getting lost finding our way back, the traffic was free-flowing since it is a Sunday. Otherwise, really a great day!
This tour takes the whole day and starts early in the morning, therefore I was a little hesitant at first. Afterwards I can say that I am happy I took the trip. The highlight was without a doubt the alpaca world. You get closer to these animals than you might expect, which makes it really special. An added bonus to the tour was our guide Katherine, who was always willing to go the extra mile to make the day a special one for all of us. The level of entertainment on the bus was always high thanks to her. Really recommend this tour and S.A. Tour with their guides.
Our tour guide Sam was really good and helpful. His knowledge was very good and the overall tour was well designed. I will recommend this to my friends.
Tour guide very well organised and day well balanced! Thank you we enjoyed our day very much! :) Would recommend to others.
We booked Alpaca World, Nami Island and Garden of Morning Calm tour, but the day before we were about to go on the tour, the operator contacted us that they did not have enough people join this tour so they cancelled it and offered us a free upgrade to the same tour but with an additional stop at Le Petit France/Italian Village. Since we had no other option at such a last minute, and our objective was really to go to Alpaca World and Nami Island, we decided to take this upgrade. However, it turns out, the areas are so far so we were rushing the whole time. We did not even have time to have a proper lunch meal. I think we only spent a total of 1 hour in Nami Island. In my opinion I think you need at least 2 hours in Nami Island as it's so beautiful, but we barely explored the island. By the time we reached the Garden of Morning Calm (which was absolutely beautiful and worth the trip), the sun had already set and so we were rushing through the gardens. I think we only had 30 minutes of light before it became dark. Our tour guide, Lena, was very cheerful and helpful. We were such a big group so she managed as best as she could, but because she was always rushing us, most of the other people in the group were not happy about it. It would also probably help if the tour operator had a flag they can raise up so we can easily find our tour guide. We were all lost during the pickup in the morning because the meeting point was so big and there were so many people. During the tour, Lena basically ended up shouting for the various group numbers (we were 15 groups in our tour) to check if everyone is complete before moving to the next stop. There should be a more efficient way. I would recommend this tour, but skip the Le Petit France/Italian Village. More time in Nami Island and Garden of Morning Calm would have been better (which was our original booking).
This is a longggg day. There is a LOT of driving. I think there is too much fit together into this tour. Alpaca world was interesting but I don’t know if it’s worth going so far out of the way unless you are just really excited about the animals they have (have more than just alpacas). Nami island was pretty but we didn’t have much time on the island. The main attraction is to pretty much take photos. It’s nice for fall colors but super busy. Again, not sure it’s worth the driving. The gardens were pretty and for photos but again it was far away. Overall glad I at least saw these things but I don’t know if I’d recommend this tour unless you have nothing else to do. It’s basically a 12 hour day with half of the day sitting in the tour bus. Also, it’s not really as much of an informative tour. Our guide was nice but I don’t think I learned anything or heard anything informative on this tour. It’s basically a photo op tour.
This is an excellent tour with a great mix of fun, culture and beauty. Our tour guide, Katharine, was excellent. She was knowledgeable, had a fantastic personality and made the day a lot of fun. She was kind, helpful and personable. The alpaca farm was fun and she took lots of photos and videos for all the people on the tour, preserving those memories for us. Nami island and the Garden of Morning Calm were spectacularly beautiful and I'm so glad we were able to visit them while in Korea. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Korea.
One of the best parts of the tour was our guide Joe Park, he was very funny and entertaining and super helpful. It was very clear he cared that everyone was enjoying their time both on the tour and in Korea in general! I had signed up for an English tour but not enough people to run it so was put on a Mandarin tour that also went to Petite France and the Italian Village. Joe did a great job leading the tour in Mandarin and English so all could understand, but I could have gone without the French and Italian amusement parks which were included in that version of the tour. The Alpaca parade was way more fun than I was expecting, Nami island was cool to explore, and my favorite was the Garden which we visited last in the early evening and was extremely beautiful and not as busy as the other locations. Overall it was an enjoyable day outside of Seoul!
We had a great tour with our guide James. He did it very well and showed us everything. He made it possible to drove by Zipline to the Nami island and explained us everything. He made sure that we feel comfortable and aknowledged our wishes. Would definitely recommend him and his tour! Best wishes the three scouts from Austria.
Nami Island and Garden of Morning Calm were tranquil spots and nice to be in the Korean countryside.
