Nami+alpaca+garden Of Morning Calm (+Rail Bike Option)

Great tour with a great guide. This is the type of tour you go on when you just want to be driven to interesting places so you can explore on your own. The guide takes you somewhere and tells you to meet him at a particular spot at a particular time. He'll tell you the basics about the area and some tips on how to get the most out of it, but not much outside of that. The only negative to this tour package is that the guide often doesn't give much leeway for late tourists. Sometimes when you meet the tour guide at a designated spot to get to the next location, there's a straggler around 10 to 15 minutes late. The guide will search for them, and then start comically sprinting towards the bus, passing the rest of the tourists and yelling out to them to hurry into the bus so we can get to the next spot on time.

The tour with Jin was really great. He provided a lot of really good tips to enhance the experience and make it better. Great way to see so many things in one day.

Prepare yourself for a long day but you’ll get to do so many activities, that it’s a great way to knock them all out at once. Jin was our tour guide and he was an unexpected comedian! He also had great tips and made sure we were first for all activities which worked out great because we kept beating the hoarders of crowds. The all day adventure might be too much for folks who aren’t as active or struggle with walking all day so might just wanna book a shorter day.

It was fun feeding and interacting with the alpacas. The rail bike ride was interesting! The trip to Nami island was a little rush as we had less than an hour to explore. Better NOT to have a lunch stopover at the bbq restaurant ( which we paid 20000 won extra per person ) as that took about an hour which could have been spent at the island ( where we could buy our own food and eat at our own pace).

The first guide Sean was great. He kept us on schedule throughout. We got transferred to Patrick and he also did a great job.

The guide Andrew was very warm & looked after us very well. I would give him 5-stars. And nothing wrong with the tour agency either, who managed the different tour options taken up by different members of the group, very well! Below is my personal opinion for the 4 places we visited 1. Alpaca World: Nice to be so close with these cute animals and be given an opportunity to feed them 2. Rail Bike: Tiring to have to paddle to and fro, but a wonderful experience. There's a self-powered option. Perhaps the tour agency can consider offering that too (just a suggestion; no complaints here) 3. Nami Island: The island can no longer rely on its association with the famous movie, Winter Sonata, to draw crowds. And the "attractions", shops & restaurants on the island are starting to show its age. A makeover is needed to continue to draw visitors. Just in my opinion, it isnt interesting enough to visit 4. Garden of Morning Calm: nice gardens but not a must visit We got what we paid for and the guides were good.. the 4 star rating is due to the fact that 2 of the attractions didnt meet our expectations... nothing to do with what was advertised or a reflection of the agency & guides

It was an enjoyable tour. It rained that day therefore the railbike option was cancelled. The guide refunded 30,000 kwon in cash that is already total for 3 pax. It was short of what I paid. I I felt like I was scammed. I would like the viator to refund me the due amount. It was a fun experience overall if it was not for that incident.

My mother and I wanted to explore Korea's natural landscapes, so we booked a tour of Nami Island, Alpaca World, and the Morning Calm Garden. The tour guide, Patrick, gave us a warm welcome and provided us with valuable and clear information not only about the places we visited but also about Korean culture and customs. The day was very well organized, with breaks during the trips between the different sites. Patrick made sure we got to see the best views and taste traditional dishes. The places we visited were magnificent! It was a rich and informative day that we’ll always remember! Thank you !

I absolutely loved this tour! Baek was an awesome guide, very accommodating an excellent driver, navigating us through the rain. We had a small group which worked out perfectly as it was more relaxed than spending the day with 20 other guests. There is a lot of travel time involved so be prepared for that, it's a 12 hour day but you pack a lot in! My favourite part of the day was feeding the alpacas, it was so much fun! I didn't do the bike ride so got an extra hour on Nami Island which I was happy about as there is a lot to explore there. We ended our day in the beautiful Garden of Morning Calm which I thought was spectacular and will return to so I can spend more time exploring as an hour wasn't enough. If you have physical mobility issues like me it will be a bit of a challenging day but there's lots of chances to rest and it was absolutely worth it!

We booked this full-day tour through TripAdvisor and Andrew made it absolutely unforgettable. He was kind, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about every location we visited. A highlight was getting to see alpacas up close, and he also introduced us to a restaurant that ended up being the best meal we've had during our entire trip. At Nami Island, his suggestions for what to prioritize were spot-on and really helped us make the most of our time there. We wrapped up the day with a peaceful walk through the Garden of Morning Glory, which was the perfect calm ending to such a full day. Andrew's warmth and local insight made all the difference.

What a great day! The tour guide was early for pickup and was able to keep us on time throughout the day. He explained history of South Korea in every place we went and was passionate about sharing his culture. The alpaca world was amazing being able to feed the alpacas. The stops were beautiful and scenic. Not quite cherry blossom season yet but still was amazing. The garden was a nice last touch with so much history. The vehicle was comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend this tour for an action packed day of exploring South Korea outside of Seoul!

This tour was planned out exceptionally well. Our tour guide, Roy, was very helpful, experienced and patient. He made sure everything ran smoothly and that we had the best opportunity to experience the Alpaca show. He also folded up paper for us to hold the alpaca food so our hands didn’t get dirty which we really appreciated. His timing was very spot on allowing enough time to experience everything without it felling dragged out. Roy gave an amazing food recommendation for Nami Island which was a highlight of our trip! This adventure was awesome! Super speedy taste of each destination! Roy was a master timekeeper and Ki was great at explaining what we saw. Beautiful locations - but make sure you rug up if you go in November!

Today I visited Nami Island, Alpaca World, Rail Park and The Garden of Morning Calm, and Patrick, our tour guide, did an astonishing job! He guided us so well and made sure we had a wonderful time especially at Alpaca World, where he went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience to see Alpaca. Ki also directed us perfectly throughout the day, and both Patrick and Ki were incredibly kind and helpful. I felt so welcomed, and their warmth truly made the trip special. This was my first time using Klook, and it did not disappoint it turned out to be the best day trip ever! 😊 Thank you so much, Patrick and Ki! I hope we can meet again another time!
