I had a great day touring the highlights of Seoul with a delightful tour guide, James. He is extremely knowledgeable about the culture and history of all of the sites. He kept our group positioned well to get fabulous views and to be able to get in and out of each location in an efficient manner to avoid the rush of crowds. He was friendly, patient, helpful, courteous, and very accommodating to each member of the large group. In addition, he was so kind to step in and help a family that was not even in our group, when he witnessed their young child get injured at one of our stops. He made sure that our group was taken care of, and then stepped aside to assist complete strangers with contacting emergency services. That’s obviously just the kind of person that he is, and I would highly recommend him to future travelers without reservation.

We had two tour guides during our trip: Felicity in the morning and Lizzy in the afternoon. While the lunch schedule was not ideal, the rest of the itinerary was well organised. Both guides were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, which contributed to an enjoyable experience overall.

Camilla was very knowledgeable and very pleasant as a guide. Seeing the temple and palace was very interesting but would have preferred free time to view the museum and avoid the ginseng stop altogether. Over would recommend this tour.
