Dragon was a knowledgeable guide…explained the history of Korea thoroughly with illustrations as well on his iPad. He patiently pointed out many interesting sights at the Cherwon Observatory while looking across to North Korea. Ryu was a good driver…making our trip very pleasant and safe.

The origins of the building are unclear, as records indicate that it was built in early 1946, prior to the establishment of the Workers' Party of North Korea (predecessor to the current Workers' Party of Korea).
The 2nd Tunnel, which was made by North Koreans to invade South Korea, was discovered on March 24, 1975. This tunnel is 3.5 kilometers long and sits 50~160 meters below the surface. It stretches out 1.1 kilometers and 2.4 kilometers in the south and north directions respectively. Only 500 meters is open for tourism among the whole length. Inside of the tunnel, there is a plaza to gather a large military force. The tunnel is divided into 3 exits. The use of this tunnel would allow for thirty thousand armed forces as well as tanks to pass through per hour. For now, the tunnel is operated as part of Cheorwon Security Tourism Course and many tourists visit this area every year.
Peace observatory with three stories and a basement, opened in November 2007. The first floor is an exhibition hall and the second floor is an observatory, allowing tourists to observe the ecosystem, fortress of Gung-Ye Castle town, Pyeonggang tableland, and Seonjeon town of North Korea in the DMZ. There's also a miniature model produced by state-of-the-art technology and an ultra-precision telescope system, so that tourists can witness and listen to the reality of national division.
The Sky Bridge, the renowned suspension bridge featured in the drama Crash Landing on You, and enjoy the breathtaking views of Hantangang Geopark.
Bidulginang Falls The name "Bidulginang" comes from the Korean word “nang,” meaning “nest,” inspired by the hundreds of white doves that once nested in a cave behind the waterfall. On September 26, 2012, the Cultural Heritage Administration designated the Pocheon Hantangang Basalt Gorge and Bidulginang Falls as Natural Monument No. 537. Thanks to its stunning location and unique natural beauty, the falls have also appeared in popular historical K-dramas such as The Slave Hunters (Chuno), Queen Seondeok, and Warrior Baek Dong-soo.

It was a great day with a lot of experiences. Everything was well planned and we managed to see more sites than expected. We had Leo who was a great tour guide. Super knowledgeable and great to spend the day with.
Leo was a fantastic and friendly guide, ever ready to share relevant information with us and facilitate our tour.
Tour guide - Leo Very helpful guide, informed & friendly, provides a lot of trivia & education along the way and patient.
Henry was awesome. Very knowledgeable, organised and we had the best experience!
Thomas is the Best!!!! Thanks for everything🫶🏻 감사합니다
Thomas was really nice! Couldn’t have asked for a better guide❤️
Thomas did a great job guiding us and delivering informative presentations. He was also very friendly and passionate about his country which made the tour feel special.
We had a really lovely trip with Leo (our guide). Super exciting to stand in the tunnel looking to the northkorean side of the tunnel. After we took a look at NorthKorea from a viewpoint. We saw a city and some people from a far.
Anna was a great host of the day. She was super knowledgeable and made the tour fun and interesting to listen. I absolutely would recommend her and the tour to every traveler!
I had a brilliant day out hosted by the fantastic Winnie despite a change in the tour itinerary due to it being a national holiday. Despite this she created the day into one of the best tours I've ever had anywhere in the world. She was full of knowledge, always attentive, there to answer questions and take photos of you wanted. My partner and I had a terrific day out and learned a lot about the history of the Korean peninsula. The military stew was interesting for lunch too! I felt it was quite a laid back day albeit it is quite a long one so make sure you account for that when it comes to what you bring with you on the day. 100% recommend and thoroughly enjoyed.
An unforgettable experience! We were on a tour for around 7 hours, it was really convenient with all the stops on the go. The crowd wasn’t big, so everyone could enjoy. Big thanks to Grace, she was so kind, friendly and compassionate. She told us a lot about the history of DMZ and created a safe atmosphere. Will definitely recommend to everyone!
Our guide Leo was great! He was very knowledgeable and kind.
Sophie did a great job very nice and super informative
It was a very interesring experience! You Got to see a lot of different places in a short time. Each stop was about 50 mins, which was plenty of time to see what you wanted. The guide, Grace, was really nice!

Anna was excellent, very friendly, and extremely informative. We had a great time learning about and seeing the DMZ! Thank you, Anna!
Great Day Trip!!! Dragon was a wonderful and knowledgeable tour guide. Very informative. We enjoyed it very much.
Shin was an incredible tour guide, so informative and such good conversations about Korea more generally. The whole tour was run incredibly efficiently and I would absolutely recommend going to Cheorwan over other DMZ tours - it's good to get out of Seoul and there are comparatively few people visiting this bit of the dmz. The food for lunch was an unexpected highlight - homegrown and home-cooked from a little rural cafe. A highlight of our trip to Korea.
We had an amazing educational and history overview from Grace, our tour guide! She was very insightful and did a fantastic job of explaining the history and giving us deeper insights into the DMZ.
Nice guide (Name was Thomas) Talk english well Was very informative
This was an amazing and very informational tour. I’m really happy that I got to take my kids to see this part of Korean history. I guided, Grace, was very educating, engaging, and entertaining. I would totally recommend going with I Love Soul Tour to see the DMZ and don’t forget to ask for Grace.
Thomas was the best tour guide we vould have askef for for this tour. He was so kind and helpful, he had so much knowlefge of each location and made sure to be there for each guest on the tour. Definitely guaranteed a great tour when he is your tour guide! It was such an interesting tour and you hit so many great areas for not only photo opportuinties (considering there are many places on the tour where you cannot take photos for security reasons) but so much knowledge.
Great itinerary of visiting 2nd tunnel. It’s a must-see place in DMZ, less touristy. Our guide Sophie is very knowledgeable to share the history of Korea.
Our guide, Kenny has done great on our DMZ tour ! We had learnt a lot from his excellent explanations on Korea war history. The tour was very worth it.
Thomas was a great tour guide for this trip, he was very helpful with questions and a funny host I would highly recommend this to anyone who is heading to Seoul
Thomas was an amazing tour guide!! Very knowledgeable and helped a massive amount, thank you for everything! Couldn’t recommend him more
This was a truly unique experience and I’m glad I was able to get to do something outside of the traditional tourist 3rd tunnel. It ended up being a private tour and my guide, Leo, still delivered. Leo was very knowledgeable about the DMZ and the Korean War and was patient when I had any questions. The highlight for me were the views of the waterfall — absolutely incredible. None of the locations we went to were particularly busy or crowded, which I appreciated. It was definitely more local than tourist and I would recommend it to anyone who is considering!
Sophie is very sweet and knowledgeable. She didn’t just tell us about the site but also participated with us and encouraged us to continue
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our guide, Grace! She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing the local culture and history. Thank you, Grace, for an unforgettable experience!

Professional organization, very good guide (Winnie). Interesting tour, especially going down into the tunnel. Clear and precise explanations regarding Corean partition.
We had a wonderful time on our tour with Leo. He had lots of great information and answered all of our questions. The tour van is comfortable and we stopped for a great lunch. We would definitely recommend this tour, and we really appreciated him as a guide.
Very nice trip near the border of dmz Grace is a wonderful guide, friendly and captivating in her historical and cultural explanations.
Grace did a fantastic job! She was very knowledgeable about the spots we visited and we learned so much from her! She was very professional and efficient, managing our limited time together well. She also ensured that we were the first ones through the tunnel!
