Day Trip To Nami Island With Rail Bike And The Garden Of Morning Calm

The guide was very kind even though we arrived late. She was always on our side and we had a great time thanks to her.

He spoke excellent English and was very kind, friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the tour. I really enjoyed every stop on this trip. The locations were stunning. Lucia was a wonderful guide. Organized yet relaxed. I traveled solo and she made sure I sat with the other solo traveler for lunch which was really nice. I highly recommend Lucia for this tour!

Nami was beautiful! Tour with Tourstory company started chaotic at start in Namsan Yejang location however turned out very well-organized by Lucia. First time with Tourstory company so didn’t join group chat initially however it was very convenient via WhatsApp.👍

This trip was very well organised. We did 3 activities which were all thought out carefully, especially with the timings. We were never rushed and spent about the right time at each place. Robert our guide was amazing. He looked after everyone and made sure we were all having a good time. The garden of Morning Calm is absolutely beautiful and well worth seeing. Nami Island is also amazing with lots to see. The bike track was so cool, like nothing we'd ever before. Overall I would say this is a 5* star experience and it is so nice to get out of the city and see some of South Korea's beautiful scenery.

Josh was such an amazing guide. He gave so much information not for the tour but to all best places to eat, places to buy stuff. He made whole tour so joyous. Food was awesome. Highly recommend this tour.

The trip itself was great. The only thing i did not like was waiting for others to show up. I think a 5-10 minute grace period for late comers is fair enough. Beyond this is unfair to others who were there early. Poor tour leader (Jiwon) was running back and forth looking for participants. She was already exhausted before the tour began. But she did a great job herding all participants to make sure we leave on time.

David was our tour guide ! Amazing time and very friendly guide! Showed us around and explained everything very nicely! We even learned some Korean words off him! One was a fantastic tour guide who really looked after us and kept us informed all day. We saw some amazing views, explored Nami Island and had a go on the rail bikes (not to be missed- even in the rain we had a laugh!) a big highlight was the group lunch along the way, cooking our own food at the restaurant. The day was busy, but easygoing. Thank you One and Mr Lee!

It was a great day out. The morning calm garden was just lovely with some steep steps involved and Nami island is a must do with so many little treasures. And the rail car was so much fun with a lovely photo area showcasing gorgeous pink flowers

It was great and fun. The garden of morning calm was great with great plants and greenery. Nami was great to explore. The bike ride qas amazing, I thought it would be tiring, but it wasn't. Robert made it funny for everyone and he was easy to talk to.

Fun day out exploring Garden of Morning Calm, Nami Island and Rail Bike and getting out of the city for a day. Long day with a bit of rain in the afternoon but our tour guide JANE was great! It was a large group but she had a nice way about her, positive, always smilling and full of energy. Managed to keep us on time, provided a lot of information and dealt with queries swiftly. The locations were stunning. I'd have preferred to do rail bike a bit earlier to enjoy the scenery longer but system runs on time slots and ours was later in the day. Shout out to the driver as well as he navigated roads and traffic during Chuseok with his skillful and careful driving.

We had an incredible experience with Cecilia as our guide! She is warm, extremely kind, highly empathetic, always smiling, and very patient. Having her as our guide was definitely the highlight of our trip. She truly loves what she does! A tip for future travelers: make sure to be extremely punctual! Do not underestimate even a few minutes of delay, as the guide has strict schedules to follow and must respect the timeline for the whole group

I went on the Nami Island tour with my friends and we had so much fun !! This was my second time on this tour but our guide Sally made it such a nice time 🫶 We particularly loved the rail park, but the whole day was so chill and enjoyable ! The length of the tour was perfect and with the itinerary it wasn't rushed or stressful at all, you can fully enjoy every stop. I would 100% recommend if you do even just one tour, do this one. SO CUTE 💕

All 3 attractions were great, especially the Rail Bike which was surprisingly awesome. Tour guide Jongkuk Kim was fantastic. Only minor feedback is the shopping promos given at the end of the tour some of them were outdated and no longer valid, so the company should fix that.

Garden of morning calm was very nice. Great to walk around the area and a very nice cafe about 100m from the entrance. The lunch stop was the only not so great part of the day. Multiple tour groups are kind of forced into this one stir fry restaurant with very average food. Nami Island was a great location to walk around and see some wildlife. There are some small cafes and gift shops on the island as well. You also have the option to zip line to the island if the weather is good for an extra charge. Highlight of the day was the rail park, a very nice way to see some of the outer areas of seoul. There is some light riding on this one way trip but nothing strenuous. Half of the time you are going down hill and the themes in the tunnels give you a good laugh. You are then taken back to the bus by a train. It is roughly a 10h tour and you are on the bus for about 3-3.5h throughout the day to get to each location. Sally, the guide was very nice and very knowledgeable.

This was a fabulous full day tour about 12 hours all up, garden of morning calm is spectacular Nami island is stunning, the rail trail bike ride very scenic and mostly down hill, we had perfect weather and our guide Sally from Tour Story was awesome, Sally provided clear information to guests and lots of historical information Thanks for offering such a great tour Sally.

Of the 3 stops of our tour, the highlight was the Rail bike experience. The activity was exciting and a must -visit attraction. The garden of the morning calm and nami island were also beautiful and relaxing sights. If you wish for a peaceful and relaxing tour with ample time to enjoy the beauty of nature, this is the tour for you. Our guide, Ben, was affable, accommodating, and very pleasant to interact with. He spoke with all of us and paid particular attention to solo travelers. He was a safe driver, an informative source of historical and cultural contexts and gave clear instructions regarding the time and schedule. One of the best tour guides ever. Would highly recommend this tour and this guide.

Lucia was our tour guide and she had a great personality, funny jokes, and ensured everyone felt welcomed. It was a great trip and the perfect way to start my journey in Korea. It was a day filled with relaxation, beauty, and cute animals (on the island). Definitely worth it!

It would be useful if you use the app they send you to as a way to contact the tour guide and get some extra information about the tour. They use 5g and the battery power for an older phone will not last the day especially if you want to use it to get home. However our guide Sally was fantastic and very clear on directions and times. She knew the places well and directed us to the easy routes. Korean parks are beautiful with cute mascots. It was a fantastic fun day. Thank you.

We had a great time in the secret garden but would have liked longer here to absorb the atmosphere and get around the whole park. Nami Island was okay but not essential to this trip. The rail bike was great fun, tunnels and view are amazing!!

This great experience was made possible by our Tour guide Ms. Reese, who is very knowledgeable and cheerful. She is also very informative and helpful. One thing that makes this tour the best is that admission fee is included in the package. No hassle, No sweat queuing to purchase ticket, Ms. Reese will do it and distribute the ticket. Since this is a day tour, we manage to leave the meeting place on time and arrive in our destinations on time. The time alloted for each attractions has been maximized and we definitely enjoyed it. I might add that the vehicle (Limousine Bus) is cool too! Comfortable seating, cool air-conditioning, and a skilled driver. Definitely a smooth ride, we are seated at the back end of the bus and it was not a bumpy ride. I always fell asleep while traveling to each destination. If you want to experience a hassle free tour in Nami Island, Garden of Morning Calm and Rail bike, this is the best package to purchase. Lastly, the atmosphere/vibe is happy and chill. Indeed grateful to have Ms. Reese as our tour guide today, because even we are from different countries, she made sure that everyone feels included, and no one is left behind. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sally was very accomodating and knowledgeable, my mother really enjoyed the rail bike experience and I loved the charm of Nami Island. It was wonderful to get a taste of the outside of the city of Seoul for a while!

It was a great excursion! The only thing I wish we would have known about beforehand was the lunch spot was picked for us, a little pricey and I did not like that food. Had we known, we could have planned our eating better either before or after (there were a TON of food possibilities at the spots we stopped for activity but we didn’t know until after) but otherwise Charlie our tour guide was great and we loved our tour!

Due to the weather, we started with a bit of fun at the rail park. The scenery was beautiful. Nami Island was pretty with some quirky stuff. Would have liked more time at the Garden of Calm. This could be a half day tour on it's own. Can only imagine what it would be like in spring.
