4 of us had one day to see and experience as much of Seoul as possible. Kay did a fabulous job of showing us a variety of different places, recommend excellent food and gave us time to shop for a few souvenirs. He picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel in Incheon, which was way out of the way, but made the drive interesting by talking about the history and culture of South Korea. His English was very good and everything was easily understood. I hope to see him again someday. He was a delight.

South Korea's former presidential residence—once restricted, now open to the public. Drive past the Blue House to admire its iconic blue-tiled roof, scenic mountain backdrop. Please note that this stop may be skipped without prior notice due to unexpected traffic controls.
We can watch the guard-changing ceremony and explore the grounds in a traditional Hanbok(optional). On Tuesdays, when Gyeongbokgung is closed, we’ll visit Changdeokgung Palace instead.
Walk through the charming alleys of Bukchon Hanok Village, where traditional Korean houses sit quietly between city buildings. It’s the perfect spot for photos and a relaxing stroll through old Seoul.
Enjoy a Korean meal for lunch (your guide will recommend dishes and a local restaurant), then take a walk through Insadong’s lively streets filled with crafts, souvenirs, and traditional snacks.
Feel the spirit of Korean Buddhism at Jogyesa, one of the country's most important temples. Admire its colorful lanterns, ancient trees, and peaceful atmosphere in the heart of the city.
Snap beautiful photos along the stream, with Seoul's cityscape as your backdrop.
Enjoy traditional Korean dishes in the street food alley.

Kay was an experienced guide and I enjoyed learning about SK culture. It was a full day tour and saw about 6 sights that I personalized. We stopped for coffee and bakery. I saw more of Seoul instead of just the tourist areas. His car was very comfortable.
The guide was extremely nice and very patient. He showed us around Seoul and told us about the city and it's history in an interesting way. His food reccomendation at the restaurant was very good and he always remembered to take many photos of our group. His english was good and very understandable. He also answered all of our questions in a polite way. All in all, very good and polite guide.
We really enjoyed our all-day private guided tour with Kay. He was flexible and guided us with renting Hanboks, finding a vegetarian meal, and even adding HiKr when we had some additional time. We also really enjoyed learning to write our name in Korean as well. All in all, it was a great day and we really enjoyed learning about Seoul and its history! I would highly recommend this tour! And thank you for the Korean snacks!
Kay was great person who take very good care of us, he explained everything to us and the most important thing he took me to the best restaurant to have the best beef soup. I will recommend him for my next trip to Korea, thank you very much Kay, look forward to see you very soon.

Our tour of Seoul with Kay was awesome! We learned a lot about the history and everyday life in Korea. Kay was very helpful and accommodating. One of the best experiences we had! Highly recommended
Kay was great, from building our itinerary that required both teenager and adult approval, from communicating with us with where we are going and the history and information on where we are at, he took great photos of me and my daughter as well. His van is so clean too! Highly recommend!
Wonderful experience with Kay Lee. He was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. He not only covered eveeything we expected but went above and beyond adding thoughtful touches and experiences that made our day truly special. We eapecially appreciated his flexibility; he quickly adapted to what we wanted to see and tailored the day to better match our interests. Thank you Kay Lee we are very thankful!!
Our tour guide Kay was great, taking us to several highlights of Seoul while detailing the history of Korea's rich culture. His service was notable, very friendly and patient, highly recommended! Thank you!
Kay gave us a wonderful tour of Seoul! Communication and input on what to see before we even met was great. Prompt pick up at our hotel in a large comfortable van. Very knowledgeable local commentary as we went to the different sites around the city. Authentic Korean lunch at the local market was very tasty and the traditional Korean tea on our break was delicious. Would highly recommend!
We had a wonderful private tour in Seoul with Kay who was knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive to our interests. The itinerary was well planned, and we learned so much while still having a relaxed and enjoyable pace. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Seoul!
We had an absolutely EXCEPTIONAL day with our guide Kay. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of South Korea, and made sure we saw ALL the top sites of Seoul in just one day. If you are looking into booking this tour, my family and I HIGHLY recommend it. You will get to see all the best tourist sites in Seoul, as well as many local parts. The restaurant that our guide took us to was incredible as well. We had a delicious beef stew, and the ambience of the restaurant is wonderful! My group and I cannot say enough kind things about our guide Kay. He was kind, well spoken, intelligent, and very personable! His friendly and welcoming demeanor makes you feel as though you are being guided by a friend or family member. Thank you so much for taking us around Seoul today! It was an experience that we will carry with us for a lifetime!
Amazing tour, we absolutely loved it. It felt very personalized, and having a private car made it so easy to move around the city with our guide. We got to see so much, and our guide shared super interesting insights and information, truly one of the best tours we took on our entire trip. Highly recommended!
Kay, our tour guide from Koncept was amazing and very patient, he was very knowledgeable about the history and took time to explain to us every place we visit in detail and spoke really good English as well. I highly recommend that you consider this tour if you happen to come to Seoul and wondering what to do.
Kay was very patient in explaining to us about the places we're visiting. He spoke very good English and is really knowledgeable. Highly recommended if you're visiting Seoul and don't know what tour to take.
It was a fun way to discover Seoul! Even discovered some places I never heard about like the Mangwon market and learned so much about history, I think the markets is great for the foodies to discovered Korean traditional food. The tour guide was very kind, and we could customized the tour without a problem. Thank you so much. I recommend this tour !
It brings me immense pleasure to write a review about my recent tour with Viator. I had always dreamed of visiting the Han River because I’ve seen it in so many K-dramas. The only time I had available was early in the morning, and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find a guide at my desired time and day. Luckily, I came across Viator on Google and booked my tour. I’m so pleased with the experience! The sightseeing was beautiful, and my guide, Kay, was incredibly friendly. We grabbed the world-famous Korean banana milk and enjoyed ramen by the river, which made the experience even more special. Kay explained everything about the Yeouido Han River surroundings in great detail, which made the tour both fun and informative. I truly appreciate this experience and wanted to write this positive review as a token of gratitude. I 100% recommend Viator!
I had a really nice time today visiting the Gyeongbok palace. From the start meeting with my tour guide, Kay was so welcoming and friendly so I knew it will be fun like touring with a friend. We started at inside the wall of the palace took pictures with standing guards dressed traditionally like in Joseon dynasty. I really loved the cozy and joyful atmosphere around the palace. We then went underground where I wrote my name in korean character and stuck it to the wall. Once outside, I went to take pictures of King Sejong statue. From here the background looks really nice with the mountain behind. Then we walked around the street taking more pictures and enjoying the music played in foreigner style there.
Our visit to Seoul was short but full of experience. Mr.Kay showed us main historical places with rich history, local tradition markets with delicious Korean food 😋. We are really glad to have Mr.Kay as our guide. His tour was full of interesting stories about Korean history, culture and traditions.
Our family of four—my husband, our two daughters, and I—had a fantastic day with our guide Kay in Seoul. Despite the rainy weather, the private car made everything comfortable, and we were able to enjoy the city without stress. Kay was kind, flexible, and really tuned into what our family enjoyed. He adjusted the tour to fit our pace and even suggested a few unexpected stops that we all loved. It was the perfect way to start our trip. Easy communication, smooth logistics, and a guide who truly cared. Highly recommend!
I had a truly wonderful day with our guide, Kay. He was always on time, communicated clearly. His knowledge of Korean history and culture was impressive, and he took the time to thoughtfully answer all of our questions. He’s a true professional and a genuinely kind person. I would love to tour with him again on my next visit.
It was my first time to visit the city of Seoul, so I decided to get some help from Kay, a wonderful your guide. He is really knowledgeable about the city and introduced it really well, so I couldn't help but ask more and more questions (hope I didn't make him tired lol). I really enjoyed the vibrant and unique vibe of the city and especially the traditional park like Bekcheon and Gyeongbokkung palace. Hope to visit again!
If you’re visiting Seoul, a tour with guide Kay is an absolute must! 🙌 The private tour of Gyeongbokgung Palace was comfortable and fascinating. Kay speaks excellent English, shares interesting stories, and creates a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Even with my average English, I could understand everything! I’ll definitely bring my family next time.
We had such an amazing time on this private tour of Seoul. Kay was incredibly knowledgeable about Korean history and made everything easy to understand and enjoyable. He took us through the palace and a beautiful Buddhist temple, sharing fascinating stories along the way. This whole experience wouldn’t have been the same without Kay. Thank you so much!
I really enjoyed this tour! The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and everything was well organized. We visited Gyeongbok Palace, Insadong, Cheonggyecheon Stream, Gwangjang Market, and Gwanghwamun Square. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend this tour.
Today I went to visit the Royal Palace with a guide. It was a fantastic experience full of surprises. The guide was very knowledgeable and was able to satisfy all my curiosities about the palace, its architecture, and its uses. I highly recommend this experience to everyone. In addition, the guide gave me countless pieces of information about the area surrounding the palace. An excellent experience overall.
This was honestly one of the best tour experiences I’ve ever had. Kay was not only knowledgeable and punctual, but also incredibly warm and thoughtful throughout the day. He made everything feel comfortable and easy. We explored both the must-see historic spots and some local places that I wouldn't have found on my own. I especially appreciated how flexible he was — when it suddenly started raining, he quickly adjusted the plan and guided us to a cozy indoor spot. Also, I have to mention the Galbitang he recommended for lunch — so comforting and absolutely delicious. If I ever come back to Korea, I’d 100% want to book with Kay again. Highly, highly recommended!
Great time in Seoul Kay, our guide was excellent. He is knowledgeable about Korean history and culture. Thanks to him, we gained a much deeper appreciation for Korea and had such a memorable day. The vehicle was comfortable. It made the whole day relaxing and enjoyable. This tour is the best way to learn about Korea on your first visit.
Trip was really wonderful! The places I remember the most were Insadong and Jogyesa Temple. Insadong street is similar to Myeongdong, with street food, a historical museum, cafés, and shops selling traditional Korean things . But unlike Myeongdong, there were not so many people in Insadong. Then we visited Jogyesa Temple, and it was amazing! The temple is large, beautifully decorated with flowers, and truly impressive. There were many people, and it was full of the atmosphere of Buddhist culture.
I really enjoyed this experience with Kay, even though I was quite late he was flexible with the time and still managed to give us a great tour! He took us around lovely neighbourhoods around the city and seeing all the traditional Korean architecture was so interesting, it’s so beautiful. It’s definitely so worth it to come and take a tour with someone local like Kay!
I booked a One-Day City Tour with Kay, the tour guide. We had such a fun time exploring around the city and one of the places we visited was the Bukcheon hanok village. We went around the village looking at traditional Korean houses, small boutiques shops selling Korean souvenirs and the city view. He knew all the hot spots and must try-outs around the area which was very helpful as well. Overall, I had a very nice time with him and would definitely book him as a tour guide the next time I come back to Korea
We had a great first day in Korea thanks to Kay. He let us customize the tour and gave helpful suggestions based on our interests. It felt more like hanging out with a local friend - he shared interesting insights about Korean culture and everyday life. The food he recommended was amazing, and he even took great photos. If you're looking for a flexible, personal way to explore Seoul, Kay's the one to book.
Hello everyone Assalomu alaykum 👋 I’m so glad to have met such a wonderful travel group! I truly recommend them to all of you. You can rely on their trustworthy and professional service. Together, we explored the beautiful sights of Korea and even visited the traditional Korean market. I’m especially thankful to our translator and tour guide for their excellent support throughout the trip.
An enjoyable visit. The guide is charming. The palace is so colorful with many spots for photography. Will come again!
Key guided me for a 1-day tour in Seoul. His insights are great and we can feel the city's history at every corner.
Hello! It’s my first time in Korea, so even after searching on the net I wasn’t sure I’ll be able to visit all the tourist spots due to limited time. That’s why tour guide was a great option. Walking around places from dramas and listening about its history and interesting facts. We visited many places in short time, but my fav was HiKR ground. It’s my personal recommendation for kpop and drama fans-take pics, shoot ur own music video and enjoy ur time for free! I was really impressed! Hope to come there again with my friends. Thanks again to my guide for showing it.
Spending the day in Seoul with Kay was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we met him, he was kind, attentive, and very easy to talk to. We felt comfortable right away. He took us to many beautiful and meaningful places, including Gyeongbokgung and Bukchon, and what made the tour so special was the way he shared the stories behind each place. Kay also recommended a lovely local restaurant for lunch. It was one of the best meals we had during our stay. Throughout the day, he was patient, helpful, and even offered to take photos for us, which we truly appreciated. If you're planning to visit Seoul, I would highly recommend Kay.
