The place NO LONGER EXISTS! The fact that Viator sold me tickets to a place that does not exist is unacceptable. I contacted Viator to get a refund and heard from nobody. Not acceptable.

Went with children, we were expecting amazing pictures and the reality is that when you get inside everything looks so old and dirty.
I came here with my husband and 4 year old. It was nothing like how it appears online. The areas were dirty, decor broken/not cared for, not well kept, the machines were broken, and there was no one working in the gift shop area, which didn’t offer much anyways. You're also promised "scents," but there was none of that. We went through it in about 20 minutes, and online it talks about how it could take 1.5 hours! We were so unsatisfied that I asked for a refund. Don't go here unless they've remodeled the place.
Very disappointing. 1 of the swings was broken and 2 other rooms were not "working". Confetti machine was broken and all the decorations in the sparkeling garden were gone. None of this was said to us when we purchased the tickets. Paid for 9 rooms, ended up getting 6 complete ones. Even the "functional" rooms were dirty and not that nice.
My kids had lots of fun taking picture 🙂🩷 I would recommend it for a fun time in Seoul with teen or kids. It is in a small mall at the 6th floor.
Cute idea for teens and youth. They put it together nicely. May need fresh coat of paint. Dress appropriately for the photoshoot. You won’t need more than 1.5h
Terrible! Skip this one and save your money and time! The place is operated by one person and it was unsanitary. The balls were everywhere, people throwing them, no staff there to regulate and keep people from abusing the area and disrupting the exhibits’ enjoyment. The confetti machine was not filled, and it is smaller than the pictures. Don’t get you’re hopes up at this place. Save your money- go enjoy Insa-dong.
Went there with my family and had a great time! There are 9 different rooms where you can take colorful pictures (very instagrammable). The location is easy to find. There were a lot of kids playing in the pools so it is definitely worth visiting if you have a kid.
it was so much fun! playing in the pool with the balls! and the the confetti was awesome! the props too!
It was so much fun, it’s a place to take pictures but you can also be a kid again. Came here in exam week to relax and have no regrets.
Lots of photo opportunities but can't take off mask so I think if it was not covid time it would be better. Also the emails don't work so you can't actually have your photos. Some sections require 3 people so you can't do it either.
This museum is great! Beautiful rooms with different themes, highly instagramable and lovely & friendly staff (perfectly speaking English, big up to Aurore!). You can spend 2 or 3 hours easily in there but we had an amazing time.
The museum is super fun to go with friends and take tons of cute pictures! Me and my friends had an amazing experience + the staff is super nice and lovely (petit clin d’œil à Aurore).
I really enjoyed the time spent in this place. Very friendly staff, nice bonuses for Instagram posts. We were there with a friend and took a lot of very colorful photos
I have been there recently with my friends and i love the place so much! It is perfect place to take cool pictures with friends. The staff is speaking 3 languages (Korean, English and Russian)
It's really good to take pictures. The color is beautiful and the child likes it. It's better that there's no one everyday. Overall, 90 minutes are planned in and out.
It doesn't feel expensive, but he likes it so much that I want to come again. Well decorated in pastelton and likes to take photos. I think lovers should come and take nice photos.
Great activity for young and old. We fall back into childhood from the entrance!! Each room is different and fun. I recommend
I know my brother worked there, but the rooms became beautiful, and it was fun to go with friends. Unfortunately, I have an appointment so I can only have a little fun, but I will definitely go next time! Really recommend!
I visited the museum twice during my stay in Seoul and can't stop recommending it!! The location is perfect for creating the most beautiful and sweetest photos, a perfect “Instazone”! The staff (with us the nicest employee Christina) are very friendly and helpful, even if you don't have any more ideas, they will be the first to help you take photos, so no one leaves the museum without cute photos) And one more thing: it is very clean! On the first visit I came there in the evening and was extremely (positively) surprised as it was so clean as if I would be the first visitor on the day!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!:)
Have a great time, so many beautiful photos have been taken with them😊 all advised 👍👍😊😊😊😊😊😊 long time no such places, great youth interior, kind staff and just plain chunky photos. Unforgettable 😍😍😍
Been to this place recently! I found it very quickly. It is located in Itevon - a famous tourist spot. It's a very interesting idea. Photozones are very unusual and beautiful. We were particularly struck by the pink pool with balloons and the unusual doors. It was about two hours with a five-year-old. Taking pictures and playing. It was a lot of fun. If you're around, make sure you go. Price ~15-12$
Anyone who is in Seoul or here is sure to recommend visiting this place to capture the beautiful moments of your journey. You can also shoot videos and take pictures without problems. Inside are 9 different halls with a variety of designs, as well as a colorful terrace outside. The museum is open every day from 10 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. but the last entrance is until 8.20 p.m. All working staff are foreigners, so there are no difficulties in communicating. I suggest you all visit this place!
