Our guide Toby was great, he was informative and explained the history well without lecturing. It turned out like a private tour as we were the only 2 on it (we booked a small group tour), so we could set our own pace. However all the smaller groups get combined onto a larger tourist bus for the DMZ and that felt a little rushed at times and super crowded. Toby was able to suggest a local eating place for lunch, where the food tasted great and was good value. We enjoyed a lovely serene walk around the lake which wasn't too busy, the water level was very low, and that was a nice way to end the tour after the crowds at the DMZ.

Easy pick up and knowledgeable guide, we had a great time and was happy to be on the first bus to the DMZ which allowed us to see a lot of things before the bus load of crowds. We had an enjoyable walk around Majang Lake over the suspension bridge after lunch and some much needed refreshments at beautiful Orangerie. Overall highly recommended and loved that it was small group - in total 5 of us

We would like to acknowledge Jin Lee for supporting us in this tour. He provides the perfect balance of convenience, fun and smooth transactions. I am with elderly parents and gladly he considers their safety in every tour. My father requested the DMZ tour and he provides all the nice details about korean history. We were listening all through out his talk. He is also good in english and his accent is not difficult to understand. We also love the majang lake. Though a bit challenging for elderly but it is still worth it. Since we enjoyed the tour so much, We also booked him in all our tours in nami,and seoul for a private tour. It is all worth it. The cars are nice and clean as well. He brought us to nice food restaurants and booked reservations that will surely make your korean trip memorable.
It was nice and different experience. Its more personalized with the way the war story was told by the guide about the DMZ. There was no rush on whole trip
10/10 would recommend. We were lucky enough to be the only two people on the tour and got to experience it as if it were private. Jin was a great guide and is very experienced in his knowledge about Korea's history.

Jin was funny and took on to also see another small honack village. When we transitioned to the shuttle bus he got us seats in the front and gave good explanations for everywhere we went.

We had an excellent trip out with Toby (Sungjoon). I purposefully chose for a seemingly smaller provider (they seemed to have less reviews and not as high up via the algorithm). We were a small group which I especially appreciated after seeing the size of other, more established group providers. We were able to learn a lot from the history and ask all our questions, enjoyed a great lunch (Toby helped with vegetarian options too), the van was comfortable and the finish at the lake wonderful. Highly recommend to join this tour!

This tour felt very personable thanks to Jin’s guidance. From ‘pick-up’ to our last spectacular visit to ‘Majang Lake’ & ending with a relaxed coffee break at ‘Orangerie Cafe’ before heading home, this tour was worth the price. We had an awesome experience with Jin visiting the DMZ and learning about Korea's deep history. A lovely lunch stop and walk over the suspension bridge at Lake Majang. Just beautiful! Finished the walk along Lake Majang at a beautiful cafe called Orangerie. Fantastic day, well looked after and learnt a lot from Jin. It was a pleasure to spend the day on his tour. I would highly recommend it.

The visit was great. The operator is fun to talk with and explains very well about the history of Korea. The fees for the places we went to were already paid via the agency. The crowd was just enough and the atmosphere of our trips were lively and fun.

Good guides but a little longer time then expected, 10 hours and not 8
The tour was really nice. But my Highlight was the bridge and nature! Only fact, I want to mention, its more than 8 hrs. We had to cancel another reservation, cause we were back later than expected.

Our guide was very attentive and the explanations were clear and precise. Our teens understood the explanations in English well.
Jin was a very good guide and answered our questions in detail. I would book a trip with a small group again and again! This has the advantage that you have access to the guide at any time and do not have to wait in line for your questions. Since there were only two of us, our needs could be addressed individually, which I really liked! The orangery was a surprising highlight at the end of the tour.
