Our travel guide Shana was absolutely brilliant. She was so polite, helpful and informative. Overall, The tour was good. Best part was Alpaco world and Garden of Morning Glory.
Matched with expectation Will share with friends
Great sight seeing. Weather was not in our favor becuz it was raining ing on n off but overall a great tour. Sally our tour guide was amazing. She was super caring and attentive to us. We appreciate you Sally!
Great experience. Loved the garden at the end - absolutely stunning!
It was a very fun tour. Our tour guide, Reese, was excellent; she spoke both Chinese and English very well. Thank you for your service.
Had a wonderful experience on the Alpaca World, Nami Island, and Garden of Morning Calm tour. The itinerary was well-organized, and transportation was comfortable and punctual throughout the day. Alpaca World was the highlight for us. The alpacas were friendly and we enjoyed feeding and interacting with them. Nami Island was equally charming, with its picturesque tree-lined paths and peaceful atmosphere. We had enough free time to explore, take photos, and enjoy the island at our own pace with a nice hotteok. The Garden of Morning Calm was a perfect way to end the day. The gardens were beautiful , and the flowers and landscapes were pretty. A special thank you to our guide Reese, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept everything running smoothly. Her helpful explanations enhanced the overall experience. Also for a good lunch Dalgakbi recommendation too.
Our tour guide, Reese was approachable and helpful. This tour is highly recommended!
Reese was engaging and made sure the tour was interesting and taught us some Korean language.
Our tour guide, Reese was friendly and responsible. The places were beautiful and it’s definitely worth going!
Fuss free. Tour lady Reese was very friendly and coordinated the tour very well!
Great day! Everything was arranged very well.
What an amazing tour. I love alpacas so thought that would be my highlight, however the views from the suspension bridge were amazing. The luge was an added bonus- so fun. Our guide and driver Ben was great- so helpful and made sure he explained each stop. It was a long day but I would definitely recommend this tour.
We really enjoyed everything. Both guides were very lovely and knew a lot about the history of Seoul and everything we were visiting. Personally we would have enjoyed 30 more minutes at alpaca world to see everything with more time. The bridge was amazing!!! We did the whole track and the view is worth it (if you don’t mind some stairs). The guide was really attentive and gave some amazing tips. If you have a day to spare I would 100% recommend (:
Zander was a great guide! He is very knowledgeable, puntual, kind, and a very safe driver. We had a great time at Alpaca World, the Luge, and suspension bridge tour. We highly recommend this trip. It rained at Alpaca world. But we had ponchos and Crocs for shoes so we were not worried about the rain. We were able to go into the Alpaca paddock fence area and feed and pet their necks and backs on our own. They ate so quickly from our palms. We didn't feel any teeth or saliva. The babies stayed still and maybe were still nursing? They didn't try to eat the pellets from our hand but let us prt them. We loved feeding the parakeets. We might of had 10 on our arms eating from our palm. You just pour the seeds on your palm and they fly to you from inside the bird enclosure. All the animals were so cute. We had fun also with collecting the stamps for the scavenger hunt.
Our tour guide Stella was super nice and welcoming!! The weather wasn’t in our favor but she was quick to think and thought of a lovely alternative. I really enjoyed myself on this trip and would totally do it again. Thank you for the great day
Thank you so much Jenny of K Tour Story for being our wonderful guide (and just so happens our driver) for our 3-stop tour outside Seoul last Wednesday on 20th March 2024! 🙏🏻 First stop Alpaca World South Korea was our happy place for my wife and I! 🦙🇰🇷 The alpacas here are really well taken care of, in the most natural settings as possible (mountainous area so expect slopes that can be a bit steep sometimes), and you get to be really up close with them especially if you have alpaca food to offer them 😋 There is an optional “Healing Walk” where you can also walk an alpaca for 15 minutes at a reasonable KRW12,000, highly recommended! There are so many friendly alpacas. You have to start at the welcome show where so many of them get up close and personal with you within the perimeter. So cute to see them running up and down that slope too when it’s their turn to do so! Our boy loves the alpaca soft toy we got him too. There are also many other animals like mountain goats, deer, peacocks, and eagles. The drive is about 1h45m from Seoul but absolutely worth it. Just be prepared for the colder temperatures and wind given its natural settings. You should try the special alpaca bread too that’s so yummy! Next stop the Suspension Bridge 🌁 It was a very scenic hike! Hundreds of steps to the top but it was worth it. Just be a bit careful on the descent especially on some of the more potentially slippery sections. The cable car is under construction now so in the meantime be prepared for basic level fitness to conquer the whole trail. The third stop was the Rail Bike and Romance Train, which replaced the initial luge plan due to unexpected snow the day before. It was fun! I’m glad the tour operator made safety its priority and even offered a 100% refund if we didn’t accept the new plan the day before. We all returned to Seoul safe and happy before 8pm 🙏🏻

My family and I were blessed with good weather on our trip to Alpaca World. Sufficient time was given to explore the place and we had a close encounter with the adorable alpacas. A lot of steep hilly slopes to climb from one station to another but it was manageable. The Jade Garden and Santorini Cafe were a great place for relaxation and put our hair down. Our assigned tour guide was able to coordinate well and ensured that we had plenty of time spent at all the stops. Highly recommended for animal and nature lovers!
It was a well balanced itinerary and the pace was really nice. The places covered were perfect for a short break from the hustle bustle of the city. The alpacas were adorable and the highlight of the day. Cafe Santorini was wonderful and the caramel creme latte a MUST TRY. Our guide Alice took very good care of us and spoke in both English and mandarin to make sure everyone understood everything. Overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.
Our tour guide Mia made the tour to Alpaca World and Chuncheon City an enjoyable one. Well organised and would recommend this tour to any one especially those with kids
Chose this tour as it allowed us to spend a bit more time at Alpaca World compared to the other options (3 hours vs 2 hours) as main attraction was Alpaca World. One point for consideration would be to try to get us to Alpaca World before the morning event at 1010am. We did get there just before that event but guide could have told us about it so we won't detour to the bathroom after the long bus ride but go to that event first.
The tour was nice I think I might have enjoyed it more if my first tour had not been so amazing. This tour was not structured so you are left to wander on your own. The tour guide gives very minimal info, Alpaca World is built into a mountain and the bus can't make it to the entrance so there's an intense uphill walk before you even get there and the place is very steep and hilly. There were elderly and one handicapped girl in my group I don't think they were prepared and there was at least one elevator that the tour guide did not alert them to until we were coming back down to the bus
Our trip with Rachel was great, very well organised and ran smoothly. We really enjoyed Alpaca world and it was interesting to see something different at the Jade Garden and Santorini cafe. I'd recommend wearing comfortable shoes as there was a lot of walking during the day and alpaca world has a lot of hills!
A beautiful and relaxing day. I'm glad we went on this tour. This tour ended up being one of my favorites.
Really enjoyed the day, the first stop at the Jade Garden was an absolute highlight. I wish the stop here was just a little longer. Alpaca World was cute. Didn’t really like the last stop that much, was lovely to see and stop at but we were there for so long. Over all it was a great day.
Our guide, Valentina, brought us on a day trip to Chuncheon where we visited Alpaca World and Jade Garden. She was super knowledgeable and planned everything out accordingly to the traffic, instead of going to the Jade Garden first, she swapped it out to the end to ensure that we avoid traffic. One of the stop consisted of us getting a free drink each and she was very attentive and ensure we all managed to get our drinks. Her english and mandarin was both on point and she was kind to share more information with us regarding other tourist and non-tourist attractions of her personal liking and experience. Highly recommended!
Sunny , our guide is knowledgeable , nice and patience. She plans very well and Ensure everyone have time , fun and enjoyable trip .
My family of 8 had a wonderful time in Alpaca World and Jade Garden thanks to Miss Olivia our tour guide who provided very attentive service. But it didn’t ends there. My father in law left his bag which contained his medication in the bus after the tour ended in the evening. Miss Olivia braced the heavy snow the next day 24th Nov ( first snow in Seoul ) to hand delivered the bag to our hotel. We are extremely grateful for her help and relieved that my father in law can continue his medication. Thanks to Miss Olivia for her wonderful help and she is indeed a credit to her company, Kstorytour.
very cute alpacas!!!!! so friendly and loving:) WEATHER WAS GREAT, food is awesome and the staff were so friendly! there were other things too like vultures birds reptiles and all!!
A very beautiful immersion in the Korean nature with the visit to the world of the super cute alpacas, the magnificent Nami Island, and the garden of incredible zenitude. Kim Jong kuk our guide was great. I recommend it!
Planning of the trip is great, lunch in the noon is very delicious, very recommended
