I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the outstanding service my wife and I received during our recent stay at your hotel from October 23rd to 25th. Although we only stayed for two nights, we encountered two major issues, and in both instances, your staff went above and beyond to help us. First, when we traveled from Busan to Seoul, we accidentally made a duplicate booking through Agoda due to a slow internet connection. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact Agoda ourselves, we sought help from your Front Office Supervisor, Ms. Jennie Lin. She kindly took the time to coordinate directly with Agoda on our behalf and successfully secured a free cancellation for the duplicate booking. Her empathy and willingness to help us in a stressful situation truly touched our hearts. The second incident occurred the following day. We took a taxi for sightseeing, and my wife accidentally left her mobile phone in the car. When we called the phone, the driver answered, but we could not communicate due to the language barrier. We asked your front desk for assistance, and Mr. Sean Park stepped in to speak with the driver. Thanks to his excellent help and communication, the phone was safely returned to us. Without the exceptional support from Ms. Jennie Lin and Mr. Sean Park, we would not have been able to resolve these problems on our own. We sincerely commend both of them for their professionalism and kindness. Beyond these incidents, we were extremely impressed with your hotel's overall service, facilities, and location. We will definitely choose to stay at Voco Seoul Myeongdong again on our next trip to Korea. Thank you once again for a memorable and heartwarming experience.

I stayed here for one night and it was very comfortable. I came straight from the airport and took the 6001 bus that drops you off right in front of the hotel. Such a convenient location. The next day I walked to Seoul station, only about 15 mins. The room had everything you’d need. A big bathtub that I used, great after a long flight. Bed and pillows made for a good night’s sleep. The staff was super kind and accommodating. I’d def recommend!

I stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The check-in process was really smooth. The hotel’s location is perfect for whether you are visiting for business or vacation. It is literally right across the street from Namdaemun Market, and just a convenient 10 min walk to both Seoul Station and Myeongdong in either direction. Logistically, it couldn't be better. There is a metro station right at the doorstep of the hotel, as well as a bus stop where the airport shuttle drops off and picks up. Plus, having a 24/7 convenience store located on Level 1 of the hotel makes grabbing late-night snacks or essentials effortless, and there are great local eateries just steps away in every direction. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and modern. Housekeeping does a stellar job every single day, refreshing the room with clean towels, fresh bottled water, and a new pair of bedroom slippers. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul!

Stayed here recently and had a fantastic overall experience. Check-in with Andrew Kim was seamless. He went above and beyond explaining the airport limousine setup, including the fact that you can just tap your T-money card on the way back. Plus, he secured a 2 PM late checkout for me, which made catching the airport bus directly across the street stress-free. A few key highlights from the stay: Room & Amenities: Received a room upgrade with a great view of N Seoul Tower. Loved that the window actually cracks open so you can get a nice night breeze. Housekeeping was super attentive and quick to bring up anything requested. Perks: Got two welcome drink vouchers and redeemed them for champagne at 52 Market Place (the restaurant on the 2nd floor). They were also celebrating their 2-year anniversary, and I ended up winning 1,000 extra points on a prize draw! A Couple of Heads-Up Notes: The downstairs cafe area can get pretty loud and lively, so the lobby isn't super quiet during peak hours. Also, the gym was extremely hot while using the treadmill—feels like the AC was either off or struggling. Despite the warm gym, the location, service, and convenience to the airport transit make this an easy recommendation. Big thanks to Andrew for starting the trip off right!
