The Westin Josun Seoul

We are on our first night and wanted to rate this property for the exceptional service and location. The rooms are a bit dated and small, but the help I received prior to coming was above and beyond. Members such as Ping and the entire reservations and concierge team answered every email and question with warmth and attention. Upon arrival, they offered our family a room to rest in even when our room wasn't ready. The location is also fantastic as it is close to so much to do and local palaces. We are looking forward to the rest of our stay and will update as needed.

We had an exceptional stay at the Westin Josun Seoul. From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel genuinely welcome. They were attentive, courteous, professional, and always willing to help with a smile, making our stay truly enjoyable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hotel's location is excellent, with everything easily accessible. Having the Lotte Department Store just around the corner was incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. Breakfast at the Aria restaurant was another highlight of our stay. The buffet offered an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality dishes, with plenty of choices to suit every taste. Overall, the outstanding service, immaculate accommodations, delicious breakfast, and unbeatable location made this a memorable experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Westin Josun to anyone visiting Seoul.

I was hesitant about booking this hotel because it is an older property. When I travel, I usually prefer newer hotels with more modern facilities. However, I came across a travel magazine that listed this hotel as one of the five-star hotels in Korea, so I decided to give it a try. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel does indeed show its age, both on the exterior and inside the guest rooms. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its people. From the staff who greet you outside and assist with your luggage, to the concierge team that patiently answers all kinds of questions, and the front desk staff who handle everything professionally, everyone has been exceptional. They are not only professional but also warm and personable, making guests feel genuinely welcome. Another major highlight is the location. The hotel is situated in an excellent area within walking distance of public transportation, major malls, and many popular attractions. The convenience of being able to explore the city on foot added greatly to my overall experience. Highly recommend!!!!

Very comfortable and pleasant hotel stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a cosy bed, nice sitting area, and warm lighting that made the stay feel relaxing. The bathroom was also clean and well equipped, with fresh towels, toiletries, bottled water, a bathtub, and a proper shower area. Everything felt practical and comfortable for a good rest after a long day of travelling. Overall, a very nice stay with good room comfort, clean facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. Would be happy to stay here again.
