We had such an amazing stay at Sofitel! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The hospitality and service were truly exceptional! A special shoutout to Sally Jeong and Harrieson Lee for making our stay even more memorable. Sally was incredibly warm and friendly during check-in and even surprised us with an upgrade to a bigger room! A huge thank you to Harrieson as well for his wonderful hospitality and attentive service. The room was absolutely stunning and out of this world! Everything was so thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and meticulously maintained. Every little detail made the experience feel extra special. Hands down, one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had! We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you, Sofitel, for such an unforgettable experience! ❤️

My stay at the Sofitel in Korea was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, and my room was beautiful, luxurious, and had an incredible view. What really made the experience stand out was the service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The hospitality was outstanding and made me feel so well taken care of throughout my stay. The food was another highlight! There was a delicious assortment with so many wonderful options, and everything was beautifully presented. From the stunning accommodations and breathtaking views to the amazing food and exceptional staff, this was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Sofitel to anyone visiting Korea. Five stars all around!

Recently, I made a reservation for 6 rooms for our upcoming family vacation next year to Seoul. I corresponded with Reservation Team members Erin Jung, Hazel Kim, and Jerry Lee for their assistance in making my reservation. They are highly knowledgeable and professional, and I would like to express my gratitude for their assistance. If this is an indication of the exceptional service provided by their hotel, I am confident that my family and I will have a memorable stay at Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel & Serviced Residences.

Overall, I had a good stay. The rooms were modern, clean, well laid out, and comfortable. The hotel itself was also very clean and well maintained, which made it feel like it was looked after. The staff were friendly and the service was good throughout my stay, although it wasn’t anything particularly memorable. Breakfast was another highlight with plenty of choice, so there was something for everyone. The only part that was a bit disappointing was the lounge. There wasn’t much variety when it came to the food, and the staff seemed a little inattentive at times. I also noticed some of them on their phones, which didn’t give the best impression. The location is excellent, right next to Lotte Mall and Lotte World, with a subway station and bus stops nearby, making it really easy to get around. It is on the pricier side, but after looking at similar hotels in Seoul, it seems to be around the average price for this level of property, so I don’t think it’s overpriced. Overall, it’s a clean, modern hotel in a great location, and I’d happily stay here again.
