Signiel Seoul

Stayed here for staycation with family. We got a Signiel premier room with Han river view. It was the best view I have seen at Seoul hotels. The view was breathtaking and incredible. You will see central/east side of Seoul with the river flowing in the middle. The view was great in both day and evening time! At night, the city view gives you different yet remarkable taste :) I highly recommend you pay additional money for view bc that view is totally worth it in my opinion. Room amenities were great. I loved how spacious the room was considering it is in Seoul. Also, the view you see in bathroom was incredible too! Taking a bath with the view was quite an experience. In terms of hotel staff, they were professional and very helpful. Very impressed by their quick yet on point service! I do wish they have more restaurants but you can find variety of more affordable foods in basement foodcourt where there are malls and department store. This hotel is definitely a place I would like to return in the future for staycation with friends and family!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service from Hailey Pyo and the Concierge team! I cannot speak highly enough of the remarkable hospitality at Signiel Seoul. Even though I was organizing a surprise from abroad for my partner’s birthday, Hailey Pyo from the concierge team went above and beyond to make it happen seamlessly. She was incredibly helpful, proactive, and patient in helping track down the booking and coordinating a birthday cake and personalized note to be delivered to his room. My partner was completely thrilled and touched by the gesture. Hailey’s attention to detail, quick communication, and warmth truly define luxury service. Thank you, Hailey and the Signiel team!

An absolutely outstanding hotel and one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. Everything exceeded my expectations—from the luxurious room and breathtaking views to the exceptional service and perfect location. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making my stay truly unforgettable. I would especially like to thank Robert for his kindness and professionalism. He went out of his way to help me with a small request, and his excellent service made a lasting impression. Thank you so much, Robert—I truly appreciate your help. His warm approach set the tone for a truly memorable stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, refined, and maintained to the highest standard. The rooms are exceptional, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The views of the city are simply mesmerising and make the experience even more special. Housekeeping also deserves special recognition. The team were absolutely amazing, keeping the room spotless and beautifully presented throughout our stay, with the same level of care and attention that reflects the hotel’s high standards. What stood out most was the hotel’s consistency: excellent service, superb amenities, professionalism, genuine kindness, and a real sense of care from the entire team.
