An excellent hotel to stay in Seoul! Bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was great! The room was spacious for two people, definitely a really good option if you’re looking for comfort and cleanliness hotel.

Shilla Stay Mapo was a solid stay for me overall. The room felt compact but still comfortable enough, and the staff were helpful when I needed them. I also liked the view, especially looking out over the main road with the Han River in the distance. The only downside was that some of the furniture showed noticeable wear and could use some attention.

Excellent service, very good room with the best sunset view 🌟😍 As we stayed many nights, we were offered 1 buffet breakfast as well as some treats/presents on our second day... Really nice experience with warm and welcoming staff. Facilities are great and location perfect, just 5 min walking to subway and many bus stops! I really recommend everyone to stay at Shilla in Mapo. 🇰🇷 Price is also very reasonable considering all that is included. 💰

This is an excellent business hotel. Although the room size is relatively compact (22 sq.m.), it is well-equipped with all the essential amenities. What truly impressed me was that the shampoo, shower gel, and lotion are all from L’Occitane—such a wonderful touch! The breakfast offers a wide variety of options with a strong Korean focus. While it may not suit everyone’s taste, I personally really enjoyed it. One small suggestion for improvement would be to vary the menu a bit, as it was the same every day—haha. The front desk staff communicate very well in English, which made everything smooth and convenient. Another great perk is that if you register as a Shilla member, you may be eligible for early check-in. In my case, I was able to check in at 10:00 AM (possibly because I stayed for more than 5 nights as well). The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants just across the street and easy access to multiple train lines. The only minor downside is that traffic noise from the street can be quite loud, but fortunately, I was able to sleep well every night. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really nice of the staff to grant us an early check-in three hours early :) The rest in the cozy bed was needed. Location is good, close to the metro station. The area itself is okay, but not much to see as a tourist - only to explore the architechture of Seoul. Breakfast buffet is okay, too. They make fresh egg dishes and fresh soup. Quick elevators! The small gym is on the top floor.
