It feels like an old house that was poorly renovated into an accommodation, and it was honestly the worst stay ever. Staying inside felt completely unhygienic, uncomfortable, and unpleasant. No matter how convenient the location is near Seoul Station, I cannot leave a positive review. Fortunately, it was only for one night so I managed to endure it, but I strongly advise against staying here.

I wouldn’t come here again. There was mold in the AC which is dangerous. All together it did not feel comfortable.
Pro: 1.The location is very good, few minutes to the Seoul station. 2.The room equipped with a washer which is convenient for travelers. Cons: 1. Travelers need to clean up and throw garbage themselves to the bins outside the building after they check out. 2. Luggage storage service is not available after check out. However, there are lockers available nearby the guesthouse. I recommend Q luggage, 1000won per hour for a big locker, which is big enough for 2 big suitcases and backpacks. 3.Bathroom is the smallest room I’ve ever experienced
This property is advertised online as a 3-star hotel, but in reality it feels much closer to a hostel or budget guesthouse. The photos and description did not accurately represent the accommodations or overall experience. The rooms and common areas are very basic, with minimal amenities and little attention to comfort or upkeep. The layout, noise levels, and overall atmosphere are more consistent with shared or transient lodging rather than a hotel stay. If you are expecting standard hotel services, privacy, or comfort, you may be disappointed. This place may work for travelers looking for the cheapest possible option and who don’t mind hostel-like conditions, but it should be marketed honestly so guests can make informed decisions. Transparency would go a long way in setting appropriate expectations.
Good location, right next to Seoul station with some cafes and restaurants nearby. Bed was comfortable, and the room had a sink, kettle and equipment to cook as well as wash clothes. Bathroom was exceptionally small, to the point where the door barely opened. As others have pointed out, this isn't too uncommon in Seoul, but it feels immensely small here. Impossible not to soak the toilet when showering. Suited our needs well as we wanted a cheap place next to the train station, but probably wouldn't stay any longer.
