Orakai Insadong Suites

The location is unbelievably great, at the center of everything and mostly a few subway stops or short taxi ride away. Even going to the more modern area like seongsudong or Hyundai Seoul only takes 35min or so. The best of all, Orakai Insadong Suites is very accommodating. From initial communication to handling your stay request like questions and luggage’s storage all staff are very professional , all front desk speaks good English so communication was not a problem at all. For us a family with young kids the room is spacious and clean. Lastly, I want to give my gratitude to the front desks Ray and Chris for helping us numerous times calling shops to ask questions. One incident my daughter left her bag in a uber taxi and Ray was very helpful in communicating with the driver and arranging the delivery of the bag back to the hotel in a timely manner. I would definitely come back next time, and highly recommend anyone, especially with a family with kids, staying here!

Booked Orakai for a 21 night stay! It was nothing but a great stay. It was very comfortable to have a type of hotel with a bedroom, a kitchen, and a living room for a long term stay. There were a lot of closet spaces for storage as well. The bed was big and comfy, the pillows were flat (which I don’t mind). The bathroom has a tub as well as a standing shower. There are two sinks with sliding mirrors for toiletries as well. Housekeeping replaces towels everyday and clears out the trash. All the staff have been nothing but accommodating and helpful. Their lobby is nice and big with bathrooms if you need to wait to check in, or to call a taxi. Our view wasn’t that bad, we were able to see the city. The location is great, line 1 is nearby. Insadong has a lot of crafty stores. And nearby at night, there are a lot of tent pochas for you to enjoy a nice cup of beer and chicken. Myeongdong is walking distance (about 20minute walk). There’s also a coffee bean downstairs and 7eleven in the front of the hotel and CU in the back of the hotel. This is our favorite place to stay as everything is convenient and the staff is amazing.

We recently stayed in one of their 3 bedroom suites. The entire suite was very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We asked for a late checkout and Abraham (Guest Relations Director) was fantastic. There typical late checkout was 1 pm. Our flight wasn’t until 7pm so he checked to see if our room was already booked, turns out it wasn’t so he let us checkout at 3, which was when we had to leave for the airport. It made for a great last day to our trip! We were able to go visit Lotte Tower because of their kindness! Highly recommend.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The location is excellent, close to all the famous places in Seoul. The facilities were amazing, and the suite was spacious, modern, clean, and cosy, with even a separate study room. The indoor swimming pool was fantastic and my kids absolutely loved it. There was also a big, fully equipped gym, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Seoul!
