Reviews
Thanks to the Orakai Cheonggyesan staff for great accommodations and memories--we had a great run staying there over the last few years. Unfortunately during our most recent stay it was apparent that moisture control has been lost in the rooms--the symptoms are everywhere, and the Samsung ceiling units are either inadequate for the room sizes or misconfigured. Would be happy to return after moisture remediation but until then I just want to say thank you for the accommodations over the last few years.
-room had brown stains on walls
-service is pretty good
-location can be too quiet for some, but can be perfect for others.
Was 20 mins past checkout, was dressing to head to the lobby as I woke up late.
A MAN OPENED THE DOOR WITH ME HALF DRESSED, to ask me to checkout. He was not housekeeping or front.
He proceeded to stand outside my door without leaving until I had a conversation with him just for him to say “it’s checkout time”.
I was a single female traveller and under no circumstances was this acceptable.
Do not recommend.
Outstanding stay! Easy check in process and great room service for 5 nights. Seamless with easy access to convenience stores. Only downside is a little distance from downtown.
I booked this hotel as my first stay in 2026 for a hike up Mt. Cheonggyesan without much expectation, but it was cleaner, friendlier, and had a better experience than I expected.
Along with Gym, Sauna and good facilities including amenities, breakfast was also nice and impressive!
I enjoyed my first stay in this property.
Dear GM, I left one important message to your front regarding the room condition...
