Stayed here in the beginning of the year, just had some time to do some review. Room is clean and spacious. I really like the body wash and body lotion, even requested the front desk to check for me if they sell these items but unfortunately not. If ever the hotel sell these amenities please do let me know as I really like the smell. I will definitely come back to stay because of these amenities 😄
Breakfast was very good and a lot of varieties. Executive lounge was also good and a lot of alcoholic drinks and view was fantastic. But have to be early to get a good seat.
Location is very convenient, just adjacent to Yongsan station. Quite near to Itaewon. There are a lot of food streets and k-bbq behind the station, easy to explore. There are shopping malls near the station.
There is also convenience stores and casino inside the hotel building.
I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Yongsan – Seoul Dragon City. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Yongsan Station, making it very convenient to explore Seoul and visit many of the city's major attractions.
I also appreciated having a CU convenience store on the 2nd floor of the Ibis Styles building. It was very convenient for buying snacks, drinks, and other essentials at any time.
The front desk staff were always friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay.
A special thank you to Julie, who went above and beyond to prepare a truly memorable stay for me. Her warm hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail made my visit even more special.

Good sized clean rooms. Very upscale. Connected to yongsan train station. Great gym. Convenience store in complex. All amenities an and house keeping top notch.
Location doesn’t have much really around outside of attached mall. Only real downside.
This was my second stay at Seoul Dragon City, and once again it exceeded my expectations.
Before my arrival, I contacted the hotel regarding a room preference. The Reservations Team kindly noted my request, and at check-in the staff carefully reviewed the available rooms and offered me a beautiful room on the 20th floor with a bathtub and an amazing Han River view. Their professionalism and kindness made me feel truly welcomed.
One of my favorite things about this hotel is the amenities. During my previous stay, I fell in love with the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body cream provided in the room. I was delighted to discover that these products can be purchased at the hotel gift shop, and I bought a set to take home with me.
The rooms are comfortable, the views are wonderful, the staff are attentive, and the overall experience is excellent. This hotel is one of the reasons I enjoy visiting Seoul, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.
My best stay in a Novotel hotel!
I always associate Novotel with being a 3 and 4 stars hotel, but this was truly 5 stars in many ways.
The room was great, bed and pillows were comfy, nice room set up with the plugs right about your bed head frame, a toilet that can open up fully or loses off for privacy, new automatic toilet bidet and many more.
Location is good too, esp if you like to try your luck at the casino beside or a short walk bringing u to iPark Mall which is huge and with almost everything U need there. And also one step to Noryangjin if U are up for some King crabs! Distance to places like Myeongdong (with all the street food and shopping) may be further, so I guess it depends on your preference.
Overall, this is a 9/10! Can't say I will be back here again but this isn't too bad.
