Great Stay and Outstanding Service! I had a wonderful stay at Novotel. The hotel features modern, comfortable rooms (but small) and excellent facilities in a great location. A special shoutout to Logan—his warm hospitality, helpfulness, and attentive service truly made my stay extra memorable.

I stayed here for our conference in KOFST for 4D3N. The ambience is great. The staff were hospitable and approachable. Great ammenities and building design K Limousine bus stops in front. The breakfast buffet in The Square were all palatable and delicious. Overall, exceptional hotel - convenient and beautiful

We had a wonderful stay here from start to finish. The location couldn’t be more convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. What really stood out was the staff — everyone was friendly and attentive, and Logan from reception especially was a huge help during our visit. It’s clear the team genuinely cares about guests having a great experience. Highly recommend!

The location is great! Rooms are spacious and clean! Shower water pressure could have been better though. I had my own dental kit but noticed that the hotel is charging for their dental kit, if you want to use it. Ive never seen this at any 5 star hotel anywhere in the world. Robot was cool as well.
