Thanks to Rose at the reception, my first stay at the Ibis Style Dragon city was comfortable. She introduced the facilities well and was also able to help me with an early check in. The housekeeping attendant whom I ran into in the room corridor, also greeted me warmly. However, both of the female servers at the lobby level lounges at Ibis Style and Novotel were stoic and not very attentive.
We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to Yongsan Station, shopping, dining, and public transportation. What really made our stay exceptional was the reception team. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. They were not only professional and efficient, but also very considerate and intuitive in the way they assisted us. Their genuine kindness and excellent sense of hospitality made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel, especially because of the outstanding service from the reception staff.
I had a really comfortable stay at ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Yongsan. The room felt modern and well kept, and everything had a clean, polished feel from start to finish. What stood out most for me was how easy the whole experience was, with service that made the stay even better. I’d happily come back.
This is one of the best stay in Korea. We were really enjoying the view, great services from staff when we walked always smile and say hello to us. Restaurant is great with nice, tidy, quick and professional. The room is fabulous, clean and really comfortable with size and location. Such an amazing team you have there at the hotel. 10 out of 10 for all departments.
Room is spacious enough for 2 adults. The pillow and bed are very comfortable. Toilet with bidet is the best thing ever in korea. There’s mini refrigerator and safety locker also. There’s wardrobe behind the full body mirror. Mineral water 2 bottles/day. One minus is the body wash smell very root (the name itself is root anything), i don’t like it. There’s one time i back to my room around 2pm and the room not clean yet, then the housekeeping came, and clean it very fast (maybe 10-15mins). The breakfast (in style 7th floor) were amazing. Various kind of foods were there, soup, noodle, rice, salad, fruits, cereals, pastry, yoghurt, etc. Casino on 5th floor Convenience store (CU) on 2nd floor The lobby is huge, connecting the ibis and novotel. Yongsan station are just opposite the hotel with brigde connecting outside the hotel. Beside yongsan st. there’s i park mall (inside there’s olive young, emart supermarket, daiso)
