We stayed 6 nights in the superior double room, the room is very small and feels tight, my wife and I had two big luggages and one cabin luggage and had to be creative with placement, otherwise you can’t really move around! On a more positive note, the room feels very clean with an openable window and a/c temp control. It’s quite chilly in Seoul at the moment, so we didn’t need to use the a/c at night. PS: There is no ammenities provided. The house keeping did a fantastic job in daily cleaning, thank you :) Water dispenser is available in B2 (fitness area, opens from I think 08:00-22:00). Front reception is mixture, some staff are friendly whilst some aren’t as friendly. Location is great, Hyundai Department Store and COEX is within 5 minutes walking distance. There are two subway stations close to the hotel, approximately 10-15 minutes walking distance. There’s at least two convenience stores nearby and plenty of restaurants around. Obviously the area isn’t as touristy and busy as Myeongdong or even Gangnam, so depending on your purpose, you may want to consider.

Room assigned (standard single room) did not match the photos advertised — cramped, about as large as a walk in a closet with furniture awkwardly pushed together like in a hostel so that it was hard to reach or open the window; bidet did not work and very difficult to use shower head. Management refused to acknowledge when I told them the room did not match the photos, insisting all rooms were the same. I had to pay an extra 100 to upgrade to a room that did match the photos advertised. Once upgraded, the deluxe room was quite nice but 1) photos advertised for all room types should be factually accurate 2) basic working functionality should be maintained for all rooms, standard as well as premium. Hotel demographic is foreigners visiting Coex which isn’t itself an issue, but as a result it can feel a bit subtly chaotic and lacks the soothing, authentically Korean atmosphere in other hotels in the area. This isn’t the fault of the hotel but you get a sense the hotel staff are always subtly stressed.
Stayed here for several days for a conference in coex. The deluxe room size is unexpectedly decent. Check in was easy, staffs were okay, they were quite helpful too. Like many other east asian hotels, early check in is almost impossible without a fee. Room is very nice, comfy bed, spacious bathroom, really exceed my expectation. Situation is the best, just walking distance to the coex mall and airport limousine bus station. Minimarkets are abundant around the premise, many places to get food too. So many options for public transport too.
Went there for work at COEX. Perfect location, good gym and small but clean and well structured rooms! Staff could be more flexible with check in. I wanted to check in early (around 1 pm) but they repeated that the room is available only at 3 pm. After several people checked in just after my request I felt a bit annoyed as it apparently just depended on the person treating your request. Anyway, everything else was great. Rooftop is nice, too.
Great hotel. Facilites are new and it’s near a lot of restaurants and stores for shopping. The Double Room is quite small (can’t really open a big suitcase fully), but it’s alright. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is new and beautiful. Water does get everywhere since there’s no partition separating the tub from the rest of the bathroom. Staff were attentive and helpful. Great experience overall. Breakfast is only available on weekdays, but it has a good selection of food.
