HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE — INTERNATIONAL GUESTS BEWARE My stay at this hotel was an absolutely horrible experience, and I would not recommend it to ANYONE ***International travellers do not even consider this hotel The staff were extremely rude, disrespectful and had absolutely no manners. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the atmosphere felt cold and hostile, and I was made to feel as though I did not belong. I'm a young girl In her early 20's and I've always been treated well wherever I go I've travelled around the globe for my job as a model. Common courtesy did not seem to exist. I came to this hotel following corrective surgery and was particularly vulnerable when I arrived. On the day I returned from hospital, the bellhop was unwilling to assist me with my luggage, despite me having just undergone surgery. And it was evident how vulnerable of a state I was in, as I was swollen and bruised. At the front desk, the female staff member repeatedly spoke over me and said "pay me money" all I wanted was to get to my room and begin recovering. The entire interaction was incredibly stressful and upsetting, especially given my condition at the time. There was no compassion, patience or basic courtesy shown towards me. Warning to international guests from Australia, the UK, Europe, the United States, Canada and other Western minded countries: DO NOT STAY HERE. My experience was Horrible ,extremely uncomfortable and disappointing, and I did not feel welcomed or respected as a guest. I have travelled all over the globe and stayed in over 250 Luxury 5 star hotels, and this was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had. I warn you do NOT STAY HERE. They will purposely make you feel like you don't belong. Edit, 18/10/2026. I want a FULL REFUND IMMEDIATEY. I HAVE EMAILED your hotel months ago and no one has responded but publicly your responding and pretending to be nice. When in person in Korea you were HORRIBLE. DO IT NOW I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, EVEN IF SOMEONE PUT A GUN TO MY HEAD. STOP pretending to be nice in a public forum

This hotel is worst hotel I've stayed at. The bed felt like a box spring and no mattress. The spring actually kept poking my side. Not only could I not sleep due to the bed but the room was so hot! My husband went downstairs several times asking for AC. They apologized and never turned it on. We were sweating so bad everyday for an entire week. Also beware of the shower. The design of the showwe/ bathtub. The water drains onto the floor. You can slip and fall. Which I almost did. We would have went to another hotel but because of the Korean Thanksgiving Hiliday nothing was available. Do not stay here!!!!

I have never done a review in the middle of a stay. But Every night so far we wake up sweating. The room is almost 80F (25.5C). The AC seems to work if you give it many hours to cool off but then at night the room heats up again with no relief. Tonight we'll try to open a window and just deal with the traffic noise. Also, these beds are horrendous. It's like they are box springs with a thin piece of foam on them. Avoid this hotel at all cost. To be fair, breakfast is good and the internet is solid :) Goodluck if you disregard this review. If they change the beds and put in AC for each room instead of a poor central that gets shut off, we could try again. Location is in a nice area for fast access to food and some shopping. UPDATE: I asked the front desk and management at least six different times to please turn the air conditioning back on. They admitted they shut it off at 11:00 p.m. at the latest and let the cold air from outside come in. The problem is that theory doesn't work everyday we wake up. It's 80° inside whether we leave a window open or just wait for their system to do its theoretical. Best. You couldn't pay me to stay at this hotel again. Management should be ashamed of themselves and fire themselves. Whoever the CEO is for this company. If they see this review, he should quit too.

It was one of the good hotel in that area. But breakfast was same 3 days row during my time yet enough choices were there so no problem. Room cleaning ladies did excellent job. Hotel is not new but was in good hands.
