location close to myeongdong night market, the room has everything a hotel should have, but it also includes a hair dryer, the roof is pretty short and some random cleaning lady walked into the room when my family were still inside.

My room’s carpet was 40 years Old. The people are very nice and polite as you’d expect in Korea, and the location is superb but I was so disappointed with the state of my rooms carpet that I didn’t dare take off my shoes to walk in the room. They provide slippers that are allegedly washed but the idea of using them was just horrifying. The breakfast buffet was ok. There is no black tea or coffee in the room. So if you are used to western standards you’ll be disappointed.

The location is convenient. Breakfast is decent. The staff does not help you with your bags, unlike the vast majority of higher end hotels. The water pressure in the hotel room is low, and the electrical outlet covers are loose and sometimes fall off. The sauna was also closed for the three days I was there, which was one of the reasons I booked the hotel.

Great hotel with a perfect location to explore Myeongdong. The room I was in was a bit old but perfectly clean, functional and comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet.

They don’t seem to post negative reviews on Agoda, so you might be shocked when you check in. We stayed here for 6 nights, and it was the most uncomfortable stay we had in South Korea. Check-in: The reception felt very cold and robotic. They did the basic check-in, but there was no warmth or effort to assist. First room: It was a bad experience. The walls are very thin - you can hear people talking, sneezing, and even showering next door. The beds are okay, but the room feels outdated. The bathroom sink is also very low (see my photo). When we arrived, the soap was almost empty, and even after three days, it wasn’t refilled. Second room: The higher floors seem renovated, but the walls are still thin. We could clearly hear the couple next door all night, which was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. Breakfast: I took a room that comes with breakfast. By 10am, they will switch off the music and ask you to leave the restaurant. Location: It’s right next to Lotte Hotel and about a 5-minute walk to Myeongdong shopping street. This is the only good thing about the property. I do not recommend this place. Avoid it if you can - I won’t be coming back.
