Fairmont Ambassador Seoul

Having spent two nights in a Signature Suite as Accor Platinum members, we appreciated the comfort and excellent quality of the bedding in this recent establishment, ideally situated near a bike path and the metro, as well as the friendly, polite staff and the delicious breakfast with unlimited champagne. However, given the rates and the expected standard of the hotel, we were disappointed by the lack of luggage assistance upon arriving by taxi, along with a somewhat underwhelming 10th wedding anniversary gesture that fell short of the more personalized touch typically customary in this category. Finally, having to book a time slot for the pool takes away from the spontaneity of a stay, especially since a warmer, more relaxing 'chill' area is missing.

A truly luxurious and wonderful stay. The hotel smells absolutely amazing from the moment you walk in, creating such an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly lovely, warm, and attentive, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. We arrived quite early at around 8:00 AM, and the staff kindly checked the room availability for us. They managed to have our room ready by 10:00 AM with no additional charge, which we really appreciated. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The location is also very convenient, right across from The Hyundai Seoul, making it very easy to walk over for shopping. IFC Mall is a bit further away on foot, but still manageable—and shopping there was so much fun as it has almost everything you could possibly need. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and were very impressed with the beautiful hotel, excellent service, spacious room, and convenient location. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We loved our stay. We would stay longer next time. The lobby is beautiful and inviting. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The location next to The Hyundai Seoul and close to Yeouido station and bus stops is ideal. The accommodation is super comfortable. My husband barely left the room because he was so at home. The Le Labo toiletries was very nice. This place is very clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Truly 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay at the Fairmont Ambassador Seoul was truly exceptional and ranks among the finest hotel experiences we have ever had. The rooms were absolutely perfect, combining elegance and comfort at the highest level, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently warm, attentive, and refined. The breakfast was outstanding and a genuine highlight of our stay. We also very much enjoyed the facilities (gym, pool etc.), which were excellent and added greatly to the experience. Overall it was absolute perfection. We would especially like to mention the Manager Jay, whose remarkable service mindset, genuine empathy, and gracious attentiveness left a lasting impression on us. His dedication perfectly represents the spirit of outstanding hospitality and was a perfect example of how to turn guests into fans. Thank you for such a memorable stay in Seoul - we very much look forward to returning.
