Staff was great. The rooms were very clean and a very convenient area. Taxis knew how to get around. Breakfast in dinner are not free. You can have it charged to your room or pay there. Made services redid our rooms every day with new towels and fresh linens. They do have a pool in gym and also laundry and dryer

This is our second year in a row staying at Ena Suite Hotel, and once again, it has been an outstanding experience. The location is fantastic—surrounded by great restaurants (조조 칼국수, bas burger, etc) within walking distance of Namdaemun Market, and conveniently located right next to a subway station, making it easy to get anywhere in Seoul. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything about our stay has been excellent. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Korea. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My kids and I had a wonderful two week stay during the last couple weeks of May at this hotel and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers. One of the standout aspects of the experience was the exceptional hospitality provided by the front desk team. From check-in to departure, the staff were consistently warm, welcoming, attentive, and eager to assist with any requests. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness elevated the stay and reflected a five-star level of service. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is perfectly tucked away in a quiet area, allowing guests to relax away from the crowds and noise. At the same time, it is conveniently within walking distance of many popular tourist attractions, restaurants, and points of interest, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The accommodations and overall atmosphere made for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. However, there are a couple of areas where the hotel could further enhance the guest experience. Adding more water dispenser stations throughout the property would provide greater convenience for guests, especially during longer stays. In addition, another on-site laundromat or expanded self-service laundry facilities would be a valuable amenity for travelers who are staying multiple days or visiting from abroad. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, a fantastic location, and a peaceful environment. With a few additional conveniences, it could easily deliver an even more outstanding guest experience. We would gladly stay here again.

the staff was very nice from the start. we had to book a reservation but we can‘t speak korean, so s staff offered to book for us! also, the room was clean and facilities were abundant. suitable for family trip! the hotel room was spacious as well. one thing about the air conditioning is that it automatically turns on and off according to the temperature in the room i guess, it could be a bit bothering for those who requires a complete quiet ambience to sleep, but for me, it wasn’t a big problem at all! also, many tourist attraction were within 15-20min walk from the hotel, so it was quite convenient as well!
