We had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. Wow, what a hotel. Mega friendly staff at reception and very helpful. Breakfast is the best we have had in Korea also with super friendly staff ...... and robots. Bus outside the door with direct access to many areas of Seoul. Gangnam style hotel.

I was getting a medical procedure here, so the location for recovery was ideal. But what stands out the most about the hotel was the staff. From eager to help Mr. Cho at the front desk to every member of the cleaning staff, everyone was enthusiastically willing to help me with any request, which was invaluable as a solo traveler in recovery.
If you find yourself in Gangnam for medical tourism, I would recommend this hotel.
Be advised, it seems to be a popular place for weekend weddings. With my face bandaged, it felt odd to be walking through the middle of the nuptial crowd. No biggie though.
The hotel rooms are clean, consistently provided clean towels and water on a daily basis. The whole experience and our trip is amazing because of the Hotel Manager, JUSTIN. Justin was super kind and accommodating since the first step we took, he guided us with his warmness and friendliness. The main attraction of this hotel was his service and willingness to accommodate to us. Willing to stay here again just purely due to him. See you again soon Justin!
