Terrible Late Check-in Experience — Elite Status Means Nothing Here I had a deeply frustrating experience at Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Times Square. I arrived late at night after a long journey, expecting a smooth check-in process. Instead, the front desk gave me unnecessary trouble and made the entire process incredibly difficult and exhausting. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, I am used to basic hospitality and standard recognition across the brand, but here, elite status meant absolutely nothing. Rather than being helpful or accommodating given the late hour, the staff's attitude and handling of the situation were rigid and unprofessional. I will definitely not be extending my stay, nor will I return. If you value smooth service and member recognition—especially when arriving late—avoid this property.

Amazing hotel with great convenience. Bus stop, city train station are all here. Most important of all, it’s together with shopping center includes emart food court book store and luxury brand. The front desk check in was quick.lobby and check is located at 5 th floor first floor is just a small reception desk . B1 floor has directly access to the mall. Gym is located at 4 floor. Excutive lounge is at 15 th floor. Great stays

A beautiful hotel with exceptional service. Housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a large spread. Conveniently located right next to the mall. Only a block from a couple public transportation pick up areas.

No questions about room, service and location because everything was excellent. The attached mall very conveniently provided the best shopping, dining, café and bakery options. We were a large group of seven people in four rooms and we were served by an amazingly friendly and patient receptionist by the name of Lucy Kim. Besides her warm smiles, she also gave us excellent ideas for eating and shopping, and recommended us an excellent jampong restaurant at our request. She went above and beyond all standards of service. We also interacted with other Hotel staff and they were all very pleasant and friendly. Thanks a million for training your employees so well.
