Best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. The airport shuttle was a stress relief not mention the subway station 500 feet from the door. We were able to easily transfer Seoul without having to worry about taxing or busses. Plus the restaurants across the street had anything you could ever want. Definitely a must stay!

Front desk needs training. No greetings nor offer help for my luggages. Zero efforts in providing me a better room, if I have breakfast or need late checkout. Only interested if she can charge me more $$. Who's the GM here? This is how you train the team how to treat a titatinum member?

Friendly staff, always helpful with recommendations on where to eat, obtaining Taxi/Uber, etc. Breakfast buffet and/or I robot room service is quick and the food is very delicious! This hotel also has a breathtaking view overlooking the park on the top floor. A must see at night! I’ve been staying here the past few years and would highly recommend this hotel to my family, friends, and business partners.

Amazing hotel. So peaceful and quiet. The service is spectacular too. Staying in the beautiful well appointed rooms, you can’t hear the city. This is as nice as a Ritz Carlton in the USA. Well done!
