We had a one night stay here and it was great. The location is good, 5 min walk to train station. The service is great, especially the concierge service on Friday afternoon, very helpful and respectful. The front desk and lounge staff are good too. I can tell that the training process must be very good. One thing I don’t understand is that they do not handle guests’ delivery at all. I understand that there is food safety issue and I respect that, but they allow the delivery service to place the food on the ground floor. My food is on the floor next to the concierge desk for half an hour, literally on the floor. I think at least there should be a table, referring to HK hotels. I used the pool and the staff were very helpful. The lounge breakfast is fine but children under 14 are not allowed to use lounge between 4-10.

Having stayed at a few conrads globally this was by far the most corporate and done by the books hotel. Albeit it was right beside the finance hub, the foot traffic in the hotel made it hard to enjoy a typical Conrad vibe, relaxed and upscale. Things were very transactional and team felt like getting the job done, but overall the exec lounge team made things more enjoyable with their warm smile and hospitality - shoutout to Grace!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very well maintained, and the ambience was exactly as advertised — elegant, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. We did run into a small hiccup with the bath/toilet setup, but the staff responded promptly and resolved it quickly, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast offered an impressive variety of options, making each morning something to look forward to. Overall, this is definitely a place we would love to visit again, especially for the stunning views of the Han River.

The Assistant Manager, Ellin, and Stella went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs. They personally helped us customize delicious vegetarian dishes and checked on us regularly to ensure everything was to our liking. We could deeply feel their warmth, passion, and sincere care for their guests. It wasn’t just a meal; it was world-class hospitality that made us feel right at home. The hotel facilities are top-notch, maintaining the high standards expected of the Conrad brand while adding a personal touch that is rare to find.
