We stayed only for one night. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town, short walk to all the major sights. The hotel is very dated, the room very uninviting, the mattresses old and worn, and the front desk staff extremely unfriendly. I had received an email beforehand to temporarily park in a side street near by during check-in but when asking where to leave our car the staff reminded me to check the email I had received. Sadly, the Wi-Fi in the hotel was so weak that a stable connection was impossible except in the reception area. Another family was told by the staff they could not help arranging their transfer to the train station. Not sure how this hotel deserves four stars ...

Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Just stayed a night to see the aquaducts at night. Such a great idea. We rode the train from Madrid, stayed one night and rode it back out to Valencia. We arrived early and they were so kind that they gave us a room in the apartment area. A+. Would totally recommend a night or 2 in Segovia for sure. Awesome little town.
Spent one night at Hotel Real Segovia. The location was perfect, right in the middle of old town. Seven minutes from the aguaduct and 10 mins from the Cathedral and Plaza Mayor. They were able to accommodate my early arrival and had my room at 1230. Check in was seamless. The room was very cute and ressemble the photos online. However, I would not rate this as a 4-star hotel, more like a 3-star. It is amazing to me that housekeeping did not see the broken toilet seat even though they wrap it with a banner stating it was clean. Also, could not block out light because there was only one panel of blackout curtain hanging. Cleanliness was very good. The breakfast was sufficient, you can order eggs. Tip: for those traveling with luggage, if you take Bus 11, and if you have heavy bags, it's an uphill walk to the hotel. I recommend taking the taxi (about 11€) and take the bus to return to the station for less than 3€.
The lady at the reception at 8:00 am could be more friendly. The lady with dark curly hair who were there around 10 am was very friendly. The room is good, I wish the cups for the tea was glass or ceramic not plastic. It is not a good idea to use hot water in plastic cups.
We stayed in one of their spacious apartments next door, which we loved. There's even access to a roof terrace with brilliant sunset views across the city and beyond, plus free luggage storage lockers for after you check it.
