Staff not interested and dismissive if you weren’t Spanish. It’s advertising as an international hotel NOT. Big car park only upside.

The room was clean, but the structure was old-fashioned. A/C works very well, but wifi speed becomes very slow in several times. Plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast buffet was good, but it was charged 10 Euro/person. Swimming pool can be accessible from 12 - 21PM.

Nice stay here, plenty of parking spaces. Room was nice, my only reservation was the bed was too hard for me, however my partner found it fine. Only stayed here one night , shower was very powerful which I like , nice rooms and very spacious. Also has Aircon which helped alot.

Booked this hotel a couple of hours before arrival. Read other positive and negative reviews so was quite prepared. I enjoyed stay as hotel was excellent base for visiting the city center and surrounding areas (Views of Segovia, San ildefonso, Sierra de Guadarrama National Park). I found the staff helpfull (not overly friendly but who cares). The rooms were spacious and clean. My room on the 3rd floor room had a view of the city (see night shots of aquaduct and the Cathedral). There was sufficient parking space in the evenings. What could have been better. The modestly filled mini bar. The walking distance to room (Got lost once) . The outdated bathroom. Allthough the breakfast service was good, the area used was wasn’t nice (no windows and TL / CR lighting). However everything served it purpose. Would rate this 3,5 on the scale if possible.
