Can't get any closer to the Acqueduct than this. Lots of eateries right outside the front door, to include McDonalds, Burger King, Telepizza (dont bother), Wok Acqueducto (good food), and of course all the typical cafe/bar types. Hotel has their own parking, $18 euros, right below the building. There is a public parking immediately in front of the hotel. I didnt like that the hotel didnt offer that the public parking was an option, maybe it was cheaper. When you first approach driving, you won't really know what the deal is with parking. Our room was on the second floor and above of the restaurant, thus noisy but the view of the Arqueduct made up for it. Lots of local busses stop in the immediate area as well.

Great location with stunning view Paula at the reception was helping me changing my room with noisy neighbour Very clean and tidy with good breakfast Always choose bigger rooms, single rooms can be cramped and small Staff are very friendly and helpful
Very friendly reception staff both the evening and daytime. The cleaning staff are also very good and offered friendly greetings. The whole operation feels professional. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely try other Eurostar hotels, and I will certainly return to this one in Segovia. The size of the bed was a real plus point.
I stayed in one of the best rooms with a view of the Aquaduct, which immediately heated up as the aircon did NOT work. It became an oven. One lift was also not working. They tried to fix it but the aircon just blew hot air. In summer, the room will cook guests. DO NOT choose this hotel.
A remarkably underwhelming hotel for $185 a night (Saturday night, second week of April). This hotel claims four stars. Fantastic location right next to the aqueduct. Check-in was easy and friendly. Luggage storage for the day was convenient. The single room is painfully small but I’m sure it meets the 9m2 requirement. The bathroom was wonderful. Excellent amenities with a bath and shower. Wonderful bath products. 4* rooms are required to be well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable. This was non of these. Small, cramped and stuffy. No AC (the wall control was locked to heat only, so you could turn it off but not cool). I believe AC is a requirement for 4*. Sure, you can open the window but it didn’t help much and was very loud outside (yes, I had earplugs). The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable (not 4* quality bedding as required). There is a fridge - soda/water only. There is no bar in the hotel. The restaurant only serves breakfast. Elevators are painfully slow but the stairs get your steps in! There is a gym with poor quality equipment (see photo). It is filthy (see photo). There is a fridge with no water (it wasn’t even turned on), no towels, no wipes (unhygienic), free weights go up to 9kg. It is pathetic. The multipurpose weight machine is good. You must request a separate gym card to open the door (room key doesn’t work). The gym is clearly trying to fulfill a requirement. This hotel should be reported to the Tourist Board and have its 4* stars re-evaluated. Do not recommend.
