Experience an authentic Sardinian cooking class in my home in Monticanaglia, just a few kilometers from the stunning beaches of the Costa Smeralda and the glamour of Porto Cervo.
Surrounded by the scents and flavors of Sardinia, you will be guided step by step in preparing dishes that reflect the culinary traditions and passion for good food, with techniques that you can easily recreate in your own kitchen.
The class begins with two classic first courses: soft and flavorful Sardinian gnocchetti and traditional Italian tagliatelle.
You will work the fresh pasta by hand, learning the secrets to achieving perfect dough and delicate pasta sheets.
The experience concludes on a sweet note as we prepare tiramisu together, the iconic dessert of Italian gastronomy.

We had the BEST time with Tomaso, he was such a gracious, wonderful host and fantastic cooking instructor. It was so fun to learn how to make authentic sardinian pasta and tiramisu! He made sure to explain every step and made it easy to follow along. Even if you’re intimidated by cooking, I highly recommend this experience for beginners. Tomaso made us feel so relaxed and welcome in his beautiful home, it was like visiting a friend! We made such wonderful memories that I’ll think of every time I make pasta/tiramisu at home!
