We all loved our cooking class! There were 8 of us. Corina and her husband were so welcoming and patient with us all. (Some of us were having problems with our fingers in making one of the pasta, we couldn't roll correctly). We made 3 pastas (ravioli, Chiusoni/Gnocci and a fettucini) and ate 2 of them (ravioli and Chiusoni), and also made a Tira Misu. The ravioli was AMAZING! A bit different than we were used to, they were sweet with a tomato sauce and the Chiusoni were equally as delicious. I would have loved to take the pasta home with us it was that delicious. We had the option to have her come to our AirBnB to teach the class (we learned that to late from our AirBnB host, who suggested Corina) but I am glad we got to go to her home. It was nice to see her home and where she cooks. We ate outside on her patio.

A half-day at Corina’s home learning traditional techniques for making three types of pasta. Well-paced and fun.
We loved this experience! Corrina and her husband were lovely hosts and she was a great teacher. The group experience was nice too. Great food wine company and learning in an authentic home.
What a wonderful experience! The chef and her assistant (her husband) were lovely. We learned so much and it was delicious. We cannot wait to try these recipes at home. The Google maps address gave us the house is #7, but the house is #4!
This was one of the best cooking classes we have ever experienced and we have experienced many across the world! Corrine and Simone were unbelievable hosts and fantastic instructors. All 8 of us were hands on chefs, learning, molding, and experiencing the world of Sardinian cooking! We made fresh ravioli, Sardinian- style gnocchi, and delicious tiramisu! And we were able to eat all of it accompanied by some very elegant wine. Simone and Corrine had immense patience and showed us love and kindness! Thank you Corrine and Simone for a wonderful experience and for welcoming us into your home! Radhika Ranganath and family and friends
Corinna and her husband are so welcoming. We had a wonderful time learning how to make traditional pasta dishes and tiramisu, as well as, learning more about Sardegna. Even our two teenagers had fun making the pasta! We will definitely visit Corinna again on our next trip to Sardegna!
What a lovely evening! Cooking with family with a very accomplished chef and her husband. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Cannot recommend enough!
My son and I had a wonderful day cooking with Cory who is fun, informative and made us feel so welcome in her kitchen and home. It was lovely sharing our meal with her husband and lovely sister giving us a truly Sardinian experience.
Corinna & her husband were very hospitable and very endearing! They welcomed us into their home and were very delightful! They showed us how to make delicious ravioli, gnocchi, pasta, and tiramisu! We had a lovely time eating the fruits of our labor! Would definitely recommend this class for a solo or family traveling! 🍝 As a bonus, they took pictures of us working in class, and then gave us a little momento to take home.
My husband and I had a great time cooking with Chef Cory. We learned traditional Sardinian cooking techniques. We did a lot of hands-on work, which was great. We all sat down to enjoy the excellent dinner. Cory's husband was also there to pour the wine and add extra storytelling. An excellent cooking class and great fun. Highly recommended.
We were welcomed and had a wonderful experience with Cory and her husband, learning how to make some traditional Sardinian pastas and dessert. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Our teenage boys and young daughter enjoyed the experience and loved the food. It was also one of our best meals of the trip. Highly, highly recommended.
Don't hesitate to book any other cooking class in Sardinia except this one! A truly authentic experience from the most welcoming couple who invited us into their home, taught us to make three authentic dishes, the Sardinian way of life and gave us a beautiful dining experience. They also were able to cater our meal for a vegetarian. We learnt so much, had lots of laughs and felt by the end, we were saying goodbye to family members after only meeting them 3 hours previously! They took many photos throughout for us and we left with a sweet momento - printed photo, key ring and recipe cards. Avoid the 'tourist gimic' experiences and get a real feel for the Sardinian way of life by coming here. (Tip: we arrived a few hours earlier - began at the Church of Saint Lucia with the beautiful steps and breathtaking views, meandered through the streets of Arzachena visiting the acheological site of Roccia Del Fungo and stopping for delicious ice-cream at Gelateria Tradizionale C'era Una Volta before heading to our cooking experience at Cory's house (a short walk away) where we could see the church from where we began.)
This was truely a wonderful experience, Corrinna was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and very patient giving us the skills to cook authentic Sardinian cuisine which we can't wait to try at home.
We had an excellent authentic Italian cooking experience with Corinna and the food was delicious!! Highly recommend
Nice and welcoming couple guides you in preparing homemade pasta and Tiramisu. For my wife who has a cow's milk allergy, an alternative was made from sheep's cheese. Photographs are taken, wine and home-brewed Mirto are poured.
A great cooking class. Cory and her husband are very good at teaching the craft of making the pasta. Was quite familiar with another nice couple. It was like spending the evening with friends. We loved it and can only recommend it to others.
Corinna was a very good teacher. Patient and pedagogue, I absolutely recommend. I intend very quickly to put into practice what she taught me 😉thank you corinna for this good time!
Corinna was a great host and teacher and provided a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed the experience and learning about typical local cuisine. It was a pleasure to meet her and Simone, they are very friendly and nice. Thank you for sharing with me your passion and expertise for Sardinian cuisine. It was pleasant to eat the products together accompanied by good local wine and homemade liqueur. Delicious dishes that I will try to recreate at home!
