About Activity
Enjoy a hands-on culinary experience in a charming Sardinian village, where a local cook introduces you to authentic home-style cuisine and food traditions. Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you will learn to prepare iconic regional dishes such as malloreddus (traditional Sardinian gnocchetti), ricotta-filled ravioli, and formagelle, a classic sweet from the Logudoro area. The class focuses on simple recipes, traditional techniques, and attention to detail from texture to presentation. Following the cooking session, raise a glass with an aperitif before sitting down to a typical Sardinian lunch featuring a selection of antipasti, a first course, a main dish, and the opportunity to taste the dishes you helped create, accompanied by water and wine.
The experience lasts approximately 5 hours and includes vehicle at disposal for 5 hours, a 2-hour cooking class with ingredients, materials and aperitif, and a typical lunch with three starters, a first course, a second course, water and wine.
