Regina Margherita Hotel

We were in this lovely hotel twice, enjoyed it very much, the rooms are big and comfortable, breakfast was very good, and the staff is friendly and kind.

Excellent. It s in a slope...better to come driving 😆. Easy to park in the hotel parking, spacious. High quality breakfast buffet lots of variety. The room is great, nice AC unit, good safe. Nice mattres, clean. Felt comfortable. Nice staff. Close to restaurants, city center.... I would certainly repeat

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Regina Margherita in Cagliari. The staff were incredibly, incredibly kind and welcoming. They even allowed us to check in early, which meant so much to us because we were all very tired after our journey. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Our room was very spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Cagliari on foot and enjoy everything the city has to offer. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cagliari. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!

that was a very disappointing hotel experience. four stars? it’s hard to understand how this rating is justified — perhaps because of some artwork in the lobby. the room was quite small, with no minibar and no balcony. the hairdryer didn’t work and there was no shampoo. the view from the window was directly onto air-conditioning units, which made the stay even less pleasant. furthermore, it was quite noisy. for the breakfast, we had to wait 5 min for a clean plate. there was also no ost milk. i suffer from strong back pain in the mornings and need about 15 minutes of exercise to manage it. since there was not enough space in the room, i asked the reception if there was any alternative, such as a rooftop, terrace or gym. unfortunately, they were unable to offer any solution. instead, i was told to come back in a year, when they might have built a terrace — not exactly helpful. the hotel also advertises a spa, but it was closed during our stay, which was another disappointment. i‘ll defenetively not come back. also not in a year, when the terrace should be built!
