Great place location right in the middle of the action nice clean and modern rooms

Centrally located budget room rentals in historic building with limited staffed front desk hours. No on-site restaurant, morning coffee service or breakfast. Bare bone room ameneties: no free water or coffee, no drinking glasses, general lack of upkeep and maintenance, spotty wifi, small rooms, no bed side reading lights, interior courtyard balconies with no views but incoming mosquitos. Just overrated and misleading advertisement.

We just spent a week at this hotel and we loved the location , right in the centre and a beautiful building. Easy to find and rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were polite and helpful and very good price. Great communication by staff prior to arrival. The only things I would suggest are make a make-up mirror for the room ? Maybe offer extras such as a parasol for the beach for guests ? Also there was some mould in the shower which came off with me wiping it so maybe this was just missed as the rest of the bathroom was very clean. We also paid for a balcony with garden view (any view would be good) but I wouldn’t say this was accurate and shouldn’t be advertised as a garden view as below was the top of the sun shade and in front was just a building wall … so no view. Apart from that we would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

We booked this hotel very last-minute and while arriving to this extremely central located hotel a bit later then expected, due to traffic, the front desk guy Andrea was extremely helpful per what´s app giving us the best tips to park our rental car nearby the hotel. When being brought to our room, we noticed the beautiful architecture of this 4 star hotel. Is it really 4 star?! is what I was thinking when entering our room. Very spacious, well isolated, beautifully and tasteful decorated. Same for the bathroom, very spacious, well equipped and amazing shower. When looking for an amazing hotel in the city center of Cagliari, don´t look further, Cagliari Boutique Rooms and Suites is it!
