Miramare Cagliari Hotel Museo

I am writing to express my severe disappointment with the deceptive service I experienced during my stay. Prior to my arrival, my booking documentation explicitly confirmed that the room's minibar was included free of charge. Upon checking in, I requested clarification at the front desk. After a delayed review process, staff explicitly assured me that the minibar inclusion was valid and confirmed for my stay. However, upon entering my room, I discovered that staff had entered without my knowledge to remove half the contents—leaving only a basic selection of soft drinks. Altering confirmed amenities without prior consultation or consent is completely unprofessional. Misrepresenting a resolution by quietly downgrading a promised service is unacceptable behavior for a hospitality provider.

My Girlfriend and me came for a weekend trip from Friday till Sunday. We arrived pretty early and check in wasn’t open yet. But the Staff was really nice and gave us water, cookies and let us change already and leave our luggage which was then already brought to the room when we checked in. The rooms are super clean, the staff is really nice towards each other and guests and you felt welcome all the time. It was an amazing stay!

BEWARE: The only thing lgbt about this hotel is that the rooms are colorful, designed by artist. I had a perfectly nice stay. However, six months after my stay a second charge, for almost exactly the amount of my first charge showed up on my credit card. It was for a weekend I was most certainly not in Italy so I called them. The person took my name and number and never returned my call. I called again, different person, took my name and numbered but never returned my call. I finally had to contest the charge with my credit card company to get it taken off my card. Mistake or intentional? Either way the hotel did nothing to help.

A very nice quirky hotel. Every room has its own style and designer. The staff is really friendly and goes above and beyond to help you. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom huge and everything is neat and clean. The breakfast is awesome with something for everyone. Bread, eggs and fresh vegetables plus fruit. Will definitely stay here when I visit next time!
