Antico Corso Charme B&b

Be careful what you get at this establishment. We didn’t get what we booked, we got an unfinished apartment in another building! We booked two identical rooms eight months ahead. On arrival our friends were guided to a room within the b&b. We were guided to a room in the building next door on the second floor. The stairs from level 1 to level 2 had no handrail and were extremely dangerous. The room had bare wires protruding from the wall where bedside lights were yet to be installed. The main switchboard was uncovered with wires and terminals visible. So, to cut a long story short we moved to another b&b organised by the owners. They collected our bags to leave and the younger guy was petrified trying to carry a suitcase down the stairs. I’m in my late 60’s and not super fit, it was plain dangerous. The second b&b was a very low standard and so we chose to find our own. Discussing this with the owners she said there were no other rooms available in Cagliari and that we should just stay there. Within 5 minutes we had booked a room for the night at a clean, well maintained b&b by the waterfront. You can do a lot better in Cagliari than Antico Corsica Charme.

From the point of view of international travellers as we are (..and at the same time being rather hard to please..) , I can truly say that this B&B is ABSOLUTE PERFECTION !! More than being located in the heart of the city centre in the pedestrian area (parkings are really close.), the room and the bathroom are spotless clean and everything is really comfortable and smart , very elegant !!! The owner Mrs. Sabrina welcomes you with extreme kindness and she brings you directly to your room your full SUPER BREAKFAST at the time requested !! So lovable !! This is our definite landmark in Cagliari !!! Highly recommended to all travellers, both italians and foreigners !!! :-)))

Very charming and beautiful small hotel in the center of Cagliari. You will find various restaurants for dinner directly in front of the hotel. The breakfast on the little balcony is absoultly overwhelming!! :)

Absolutely stunning room in the heart of Cagliari! The room is sparkling clean and very stylish and the breakfast is delicious! Sabrina the host is super lovely and kind and helped us with everything! I would definitely go there again and recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Cagliari for a few days!
