We had a great tour with Zur as our guide. He was very informative and fun to get to know. He was patient and attentive when I needed extra time to complete a difficult hiking portion of our activity. We highly recommend this tour!

Timothee was really good, had a really good time, would recommend to go with him!
Visit to the falls was great. Be aware that there is a round trip hike that is about a mile each way up and down stairs to Love Falls and a steep stair incline to Silver Falls but it is all worth the beautiful view.
We really enjoyed our tour of the Silver and Love Waterfalls. Our guide, Ni, was really lovely and very knowledgeable. There was a fair amount of walking to do and a lot of up and down steps, but all in all, very manageable. There had not been much rain, so the waterfalls weren't overflowing, but it was still worth it. We then drove to the Lonely Tree for some amazing photo opportunities and then onto the Glass Bridge, which was pretty impressive. Tickets were not included in the cost of the tour and were 500,000 vnd per adult. The ticket counter did not take card, only cash. It was a weekday, late morning and the lineup to get onto the elevator was quite long and there was a bit of a wait. 1 1/2 hours later, on our return, there was no one in the line. On our particular day, it was also very windy and cool, so jackets were a must.
We arrived in SaPa early n the morning after the train and expected to go to Mt Fansipan-and it was closed. So we booked this tour and our guide and driver were terrific. We loved the walks to the waterfalls, where there weren’t many tourists, and also went to the other significant photo/viewing spots. If you’ve only got a few hours, and don’t fancy going on a motorbike, this was great.
Not worth the money.. could have done it without a tour guide. And while she was a lovely lovely girl, the trip company should not send a guide out that gets car sick and has to stop the car every 10 minutes
The tour was amazing, we were picked up from our hotel with a private suv, the tour guide and the driver was kind and they did an amazing job
We had a lovely time on the Silver and Love Waterfall, Lonely Tree Private Tour by car. Booking through Viator was seamless, and they provided a clear option for including the bridge ticket, so we didn't need to purchase it separately. Our guide took us to the glass bridge first. The views from there were absolutely stunning and well worth the visit. Afterward, we visited the Lonely Tree and the beautiful Love Waterfall, both of which offered picturesque scenery and a serene atmosphere. On our way back, we decided to skip the Silver Waterfall due to a sudden turn in the weather, which became quite rainy. Despite this, the tour was enjoyable, and our guide was knowledgeable and accommodating. We highly recommend this tour for its excellent organization and the memorable experiences it offers.
I booked private tour car with a local guide speak English fluency. I visited Silver, Love Waterfall and Heaven Gate, really highly recommend this tour if you can’t join motorbike tour or trekking also. This tour not include Glass Bridge’s ticket but driver and guide still bring you go there for sightseeing landscape which is super nice view, the tickets is 500.000vnd/person that one i understand can’t include our tour. I'm so happy and enjoy the tour, everything is perfect although i read a bad review about this tour then i feel it seem to like they said. Perfect! Thank you so much My 😘
We were really disappointed with this tour as it was advertised as Waterfall , Heaven Gate, Glass Bridge Private tour by car. However, upon travelling to the glass bridge we were asked to pay extra and informed that glass bridge and heaven gate were not included. Mind you this was only communicated to us near the end of our tour, even though we mentioned it from the very start leaving a lot of time for them to tell us. This ended up being a day that was just a really expensive cab fair as the water falls were 20,000 for entry each. Would not recommend!
It was a nice trip with great highlights. Our guide, Sisi was great. She explained a lot & did everything at our pace. We would have liked more smaller stops on the way because it was just point to point. An indication of the very strenuous paths in advance would have been very useful. You have to be quite fit for the roads. But all in all it was really a nice trip ☺️
I went with my family in December. The scenery was beautiful and peaceful. The service was very good. The tour guides were very attentive. Cute and lovely.
I really like this place. The tour guides are very dedicated and loving. The view is beautiful and the path is easy. I will come back with my family.
I was introduced by my sister, the scenery is so beautiful. Please remember to bring a lot of things to check in. The tour guides are so enthusiastic and cute.
The scenery made me feel as if I was immersed in the immense beauty of the vast world combined with the unique atmosphere here is a perfect combination.
More satisfied than expected. Last time I went to Sapa, staying at another hotel was uncomfortable. Luckily this time I chose here. The room is beautifully designed and clean. The service staff is very enthusiastic and thoughtfully guides you through places to experience in Sapa. Next time I come to Sapa, I will come to stay again.
