We have spent a wonderful time in Sapa. Ha was an excellent guide in Vietnam, she was really friendly and so funny. Local food was very good!
Tran was very informative with good English and made our trip truly enjoyable. The walking route was breathtaking views. We had local meals & a night at homestay which was a truly interesting experience & very authentic. Highly recommend!
My guide in apa - Tran was informative, knowledgeable, spoke good English, and made my trip as an unique and memorable experience. I would highly recommend organizing a tour with this company.
Jack is cheerful and caring. He is also kind to every guests & he one of the best part. We loved the weather here, It's changed many time in day & it's very different with my country. Scenery here was beautiful even in fogs!
The first afternoon we visited Fansipan peak by cable car was quite crowded of tourists, but from second morning we went for some less touristic paths and there we enjoyed the great views on the trekking way with rice terraces, bamboo, flowers, villages....
The trekking excursion inf the first afternoon was really a great experience even misty and we suggest to visit Sapa with this company. Views from hotel to village was beautiful!
The views are beautiful and the explanations of villages are great. At our first hotel stay was nice with friendly and kind staff. The second night we stayed at local house which was also very nice and the food tasted delicious. I will definitely recommend this company because the quality of the tours and the great hospitality of the staff
Everything was professional organized. The trekking & homestay was amazing, scenery of terraced rice fields were so beautiful. Our guide spoke fluent English and we learnt more about Vietnam and the Hmong people. He made our trip more than exciting!
Total outstanding experience and well worthwhile with our guide Dem. This was our second tour with Dem and his knowledge on history and culture is incredible. Our home stay was great with local family and facilities fantastic. I will be returning and will be going again with a request for Dem as our guide.
The activity was the best. Thumbs up for the local guide who knew every answer to everything, thanks Dinh! The organization around the whole trekking tho, rubbish. The hotel was stinky and the sheets were not clean. Talking about the ‘Sapa Vista’ hotel. I paid extra for comfy transport, but it ended up being anything but comfy. For instant, no WiFi as promised and no working USB chargers.
What a nice way to discover the Villages of Sapa. Habits of Dzao &Hmong Ethnic minority was incredible. Accommodation at hotel & homestay was super cozy & clean. Definitely recommendable!
It really is a fantastic way to see amazing local culture. Tran - a great guide showed us interesting histories & took us on the beautiful way to visit rural life of remote villages. We absolutely satisfied!
This trekking tour was a great experience and very good way to learn amazing local culture of remote villages in Sapa. Highly recommend this for everyone who wants to see hill tribes & peaceful life.
Tour overall was great. Trekking was quite a challenge but so worth it. Beautiful views and wonderful guide. Very funny and knowledgeable. Home-stay with family was absolutely amazing and fun. Some of the best food we had in Vietnam. and rice wine too! Super friendly and fun host family. 5-stars all around for that experience... However, on the drive home, with “Eco Sappa” luxury lemo service from Sapa back to Hanoi: - driver was extremely rude and disrespectful from the jump. - he never so much as greeted us with a “hello” or “good afternoon” on picking us up. - when we asked if we could sit in the front seats he raised his voice with us immediately and said “No, no, no, no!” with no further explanation. - when we asked fellow passengers if we could change seat positions with us and they agreed, he became very upset, stopped the vehicle, and began yelling at us and aggressively pointing to us to move back to the back seats. He looked and sounded so upset that we were a bit fearful it might escalate to a physical altercation. - driver drove fast and a bit reckless. Passed many vehicles without enough space to see around corners, and hit brakes too strong several times. - When driver’s boss talked to us over the phone, he only tried to rationalize driver’s behavior with “he is under a lot of stress” and “he is only doing what I asked him to do” Even if stressed, you must not treat clients or customers this way in any business. - At no point during the reservation or booking period were we told there were assigned seats or different “classes,” in the van, nor were we given the option to choose our seats or class, and all of the other passengers did not know of these supposed seating arrangements either. - USB ports for charging did not work in the “luxury” lemo van. All this said, the owner of the company was very apologetic about the situation, came to speak with us at our hotel, and offered us a complimentary ride to the airport. He assured us that our driver would be fired for his unprofessional behavior. Despite final situation, over all the tour was a wonderful experience.
What a pity if visiting Sapa without staying with local house. This trip was a great way to experience amazing culture & scenery of the remote hill tribes from Sapa. Interaction with local people, play games with children & see some handicrafts...that was amazing!
