Pickup experience was great from communication of timing to punctuality on arrival. Our guide La was excellent, friendly and informative and creative in arranging the order to minimize the journey from our remote hotel. Our driver was equally good in making the drive comfortable. We went to the glass bridge, lonely tree, love and silver waterfalls, Sapa and lastly Cat Cat village with a few photo ops of the valley on the journey home. Although it was cloudy would still go to the glass bridge again. Overall impression is of a great day out that provides a taster of the area that leaves you with a desire to return. Definitely recommend.

Itinerary
Nestled in a lush valley surrounded by green mountains, Cat Cat Village is home to the H’mong ethnic group, who have lived here for generations. Visitors can explore traditional stilt houses, observe local crafts such as weaving and indigo dyeing, and enjoy scenic views of terraced fields and a peaceful waterfall. Please note that there is no alternative transportation within the village — all visits require walking. The experience involves around 1 hour of walking on stone paths, including slopes and steps due to the natural terrain. Comfortable shoes are strongly recommended.
Linh Ho Village is located about 7km to the south west of Sapa Town. It's alongside of Muong Hoa valley. Y Linh Ho is a little commune composed by a dozen of little hamlets scattering on the severe mountain terrain with high and steep hills
Lao Chai Village is one of the most imposing landmarks of Sapa which is home to the Black H’mong.
Lao Chai Village is one of the most imposing landmarks of Sapa which is home to the Black H’mong.
In Sapa, markets play an important role in reflecting the colorful traditional cultures of many ethnic minorities living together here. Markets in Sapa are a place for trading and exchanging goods and where people wear their best costumes, meet others, converse, or date, making them a special space of traditional culture.
The nature has bestowed Silver Waterfall Sapa to become one of the indispensable tourist addresses in the journey of discovering Sapa attracting the large number of tourists
Located about 14 km southwest of Sapa Town, Love Waterfall is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the area, set within the lush forest of Hoang Lien National Park. Surrounded by towering trees, fresh mountain air, and the gentle sound of flowing water, the waterfall offers a peaceful escape into nature. To reach Love Waterfall, visitors must walk approximately 1 hour along a scenic trail that follows a stream through the forest. There is no vehicle access to the waterfall, so walking is required. The path is relatively easy but includes some uneven sections, making comfortable walking shoes highly recommended.
Perched dramatically on the stunning Ô Quy Hồ Pass, the Lonely Tree is an iconic landmark offering one of the most breathtaking panoramic views in Sapa. Standing alone on the rugged cliffs of one of Vietnam’s most scenic mountain passes, this tree has become a symbol of solitude, strength, and the raw beauty of nature.
This is an optional place The bridge is entirely made of transparent glass, with a height of over 2000m. Walking on this bridge, you will feel like you are floating in mid-air, surrounded by a vast and magnificent sky. Looking down, you will see a breathtaking valley. Sometimes, at that height, you can even see clouds passing beneath your feet through the glass floor. It's like a scene from a fairy tale, where celestial beings travel on clouds.

Excellent tour and a fantastic tour guide. Highly recommended! She was very flexible on the itinerary and covered a lot of the best spots with great attitude and professionalism.?
We had a great time, and our guide Ghênh was wonderful. She was very informative and made the say enjoyable!
Excellent tour guide, Ghenh, She was knowledgeable, had excellent English, very helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed our day!
Both the water falls were awesome, Love water falls needed a lot of walking and climbing down and up steps. Our tour guide Ghenh did inform us of the physical strength and energy needed to do these tours. We took our own time completing the tour. Ghenh helped a lot holding my wife's hands and guiding her. Again Silver Water Falls was very beautiful but steep steps. Ghenh almost suggested it was not for us as we can have a good view from the bottom itself. But we did go more than half way, though exhausting it was worth the pain. After these two we thought Cat cat village was not going to be very hard on our knees. But it was, yet we enjoyed it. We were not able to get good vegetarian food at Lao cai. We had no time for the Market. But all in all, we had a very good guide trying her best to communicate and convey every thing. She is very kind and helpful. We had a great driver I could not get his name.
Awesome experience, La is a top tier guide. Would absolutely book with her again
La was a magnificent tour guide.she makes the day incredible. I will recommend this tour to my family and friends because you visit rice fields , waterfalls, glass bridge...La is kind ,friendly and she pays attention to all the details to make us an amazing tour. Thanks La
Tour guide La was very accommodating! As it was raining, we requested to avoid doing the 1hr walk to see the waterfall, and she accommodated to our simple requests (eg to stop by to buy fresh fruits, walk in rice fields etc). Very free and easy! Contacted the tour guide via the TripAdvisor Chat to confirm details. There’s also the WhatsApp number of the tour guide provided, so you can reach out too. As we didn’t stay overnight in Sapa, we did not have a hotel address. Hence, we put the pick up location at a place in Sapa, and the guide was early to meet up with us. :) Overall, if you’re looking to make the most out of your 1 day trip at Sapa, and looking for a chill experience (as the driver would drive to the places), would highly recommended this! Do take note that the entrance ticket to Glass Bridge is not included in the tour package (as stated in the listing). It cost 500,000 VND per person (~$25 SGD). If you’re not afraid of heights, this would be a worth a visit too.
I highly recommend this company. They do far more than simply provide a guide and a driver. When we asked whether we should take a Grab from the train station at 6 AM or if they could arrange a pickup, they sent a car at no extra charge. And if you’re a foodie, ask them to take you to the restaurant that serves sturgeon — it was grilled to perfection, and we also had a delicious sturgeon soup. At the restaurant, we wanted to try dishes that were above their usual budget and offered to pay, but they insisted on covering it — we only paid for the rice wine (definitely try the apple wine). Our guide, LA, was patient, kind, and very accommodating. We booked two tours and adjusted the itinerary to make the most of our limited time in Sapa, and we still managed to see all the main tourist spots.
I had a wonderful tour with Linh, who was super knowledgeable and friendly. I thought the tour was a little expensive (I paid $NZ265) but I didn't realize when I booked that I was paying for a driver and a tour guide. This probably therefore isn't the best option for a solo traveler. Having said that, the day was very enjoyable.
The tour was very good. Our guide Lah, was also absolutely amazing. He local knowledge was second to none. Check fitness for this tour, although a lot is in the vehicle, there are many steps, but well worth the trek. Sorry Lah for having to help my partner for most of the steps.
We did eight hours with La, our Hmong tour guide. She was absolutely fantastic. We saw waterfalls, magnificent mountain scenery, terraced hills and visited two villages - one an authentic local village in the Lao Chai Valley and the other was a 'tourist' village called Cat Cat Village. We ate delicious food, learnt about the culture and had an amazing day with beautiful La. Our driver was very safe and the car was clean.
Last week we had a wonderful time with our guide Linh; she was amazing and a kind guide who introduced us to so many interesting things. We will definitely return to SaPa.
This was a wonderful experience. The tour was amazing and my tour guide, SiSi, was awesome. The beauty of the Vietnam culture is just breathtaking, and local food was out-of-this-world delicious. I highly recommend this tour.
We had a wonderful one-day car tour with La, and it was truly a memorable experience from start to finish. La was always smiling, approachable, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire journey. She patiently answered all of our questions with clear and helpful explanations, which made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. What really stood out was her enthusiasm and positive energy. La was not only professional but also genuinely passionate about what she does, and it showed in the way she interacted with us and presented each destination. She shared interesting insights along the way, helped us understand more about the local culture, and made sure everyone in the group was engaged and enjoying themselves. The trip was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free thanks to her thoughtful planning and coordination. Even small details were taken care of, which made a big difference in the overall experience. Her friendly attitude and dedication turned what could have been just a normal tour into something much more enjoyable and special. We truly appreciated having La as our guide and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and warm-hearted guide. She played a big part in making our trip so enjoyable, and we would gladly travel with her again in the future
I wish that the tour did a better job to explain the physical requirements for this tour. Given it was a driving tour, we were surprised that certain sites on the tour (the waterfalls, Cat Cat Villiage) required hours if walking over significant elevation change. If we knew about this we would have most likely booked a different tour. The tour itself was good and also pretty extensive. I wish that the guide showed more initiative to actually explain what we were looking at. Outside of one section of one of the villages, she mainly just showed us where to walk and answered any questions we had ourselves about Hmong life. She was very nice and we enjoyed our experience, but the best guides give historical and cultural context to the places we visit.
Our tour was amazing and exceeded our expectations! Our guide Li was wonderful and we really enjoyed learning about her life in Sapa, the traditions and history of the area and getting to see some truly beautiful places. She was also brilliant at taking photos for us, something I almost always forget to do. I had asked the day before if it was possible to swim at the waterfall, and that’s exactly what I did at Love Waterfall - it was definitely one of the highlights for me! The only thing we didn’t love was the visit to Cat Cat, only because it is so commercialised and not representative of a local village at all. However it was great to find out about the history of the village and how it has become more of a theme park, it was also very busy which I find quite overwhelming. I would highly recommend this tour if it is your first visit to Sapa and you want to have the comfort of a private car and driver and tour guide and if I could give Li 10 stars I would!
Today , my husband and I had one of the best tours in all of our travels ! Our lovely tour guide Linh and driver were on time to take us to many highlights in and around Sapa . We were taken in a very comfortable car and our driver was very good at navigating Sapa’s challenging roads . I am a senior and have a bit of a challenge with my mobility , she was so helpful with an arm outstretched to help with uneven stairs and I never felt rushed . While in the markets she helped us to understand what crafts were authentic and how to make a good purchase . Linh speaks very good English and told us about the amazing history and all the different ethnic groups that live and work in this area. They took us to many amazing sights . Our tour was very well organized and we had so much fun spending our day with them . The lunch that was included in our tour was most enjoyable. This tour was very good value and I highly recommend it.
We enjoyed a great day with our local guide Sissy & a driver exploring the sights around Sapa. We covered nice waterfalls & scenery, Cat cat village, Sapa market and lookouts along the way. Sissy our local tour guide explained about the produce at the market and answered our questions. We had a great and safe tour with local guide & driver who know about their area.
Duyen was a wonderful host and accommodating of some changes we had to make with regards to the transfer. Linh was an excellent tour guide. We highly recommend booking this private tour - especially if your group has mobility issues/seniors or doesn't want to trek for a long time. We do recommend just booking the day trip and arranging for your own hotel and transfer to Sa Pa.
Viktor is an incredibly warm and helpful guide. With very good mastery of English and of his job. His explanations about the different places visited were very enriching. A real plus to have a guide like him to tour the city. I learned so much within such a short span of time . Keep it up.
Our guide Lynn is very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable.. My mom has a mobility problem and uses a portable wheelchair. Lynn make sure that my mom is safe and comfortable during the tour. We really appreciate her and all the care and assistance that she gave us. Our driver is helpful and has a good driving skills. We’re happy about their service and exceeded our expectations. Our family was blessed to have assigned to this great team. Without a doubt, we will recommend their service. Thank you!
Chau was very friendly and caring tour guide. She explained the details and also as I had knee problem she helped me very time to climb the stairs and also took care of my belongings. She also helped us dress up in traditional Mangolian and flower Hmong. We had an enriching experience.
Ana ing say with so many great things to see and experience. Be prepared for lots of stairs and walking.
The main issue we had was the weather. Sapa in the rain is zero visibility. We loved the waterfalls and were very glad we got to see them Had the weather been better I’m sure this is a lovely trip
The trip was absolutely amazing. We truly loved the beautiful views and the places we visited — everything was well organized and comfortable. We would especially like to appreciate Linh. She is wonderful, kind, and very professional. She helped us understand everything clearly, was always smiling, and made us feel happy and relaxed throughout the day. Her positive energy truly made the experience even more special. Thank you for such a memorable private full-day Sapa tour by car. Highly recommended!
Everything was good. Guide was helpful and driver care about us perfectly. I recommend this tour company for your next tour.
My tour guide, Linh, was so friendly and knowledgeable! She and our driver brought me to all the highlights and taught me about the Black H’mong people, among other tribes. She’s also an amazing personal photographer! So glad I went with this tour :)
We had a delightful and fulfilling experience with our guide, Ninh. We began our days at the Glass Bridge, and Ninh thoughtfully adjusted the itinerary based on the time we wished to spend at each destination. She consistently ensured that we were enjoying the scenery, appreciating the culture, food, and local people.
It was an amazing day! Our guide Sisi is a professional guide with wonderful energy. I highly recommend the trip with Sisi 😍😍
This was truly a FULL DAY tour. Perhaps we did a bit too much, I felt like we were being quickly shuffled from place to place. With that said, the tour guide, Sisi, was very friendly and knowledgeable of the region. We greatly enjoyed Sisi’s company and stories. Our favorite part was learning about the different minorities and cultures in Sapa.
Sisi led a well organized, informative and stunningly beautiful day trip. She graciously accommodated my sprained ankle and was flexible in regard to weather and our needs. Great way to see a number of stunning sites in a day.
Sisi was a good local tourguide. She gave us a lot of interesting insights about Sapa and the region. The one day tour is also great if you have limited time. I would highly recommend Sisi and the tour
Sue Lynn was a very kind guide. She did a great job of showing us SaPa This was a very wonderful experience!! Thank you Sue Lynn!! Tom and Michele.
Is nice to walk crossed village and have lunch at Lotus restaurant we also did the trek to fansipang weather is rain Ms Din tour guides so good
Friendly, accommodating guide. Very knowledgeable and informative of local culture. Helpful and not pushy of products
Wonderful one day tour. Our tour guide Sisi was very friendly and knowledgeable. Strongly recommend!
Sisi was an excellent guide and host very friendly and informative. Unfortuately the weather was very foggy on the day however Sisi changed the schedule to ensure we still got the full experience. Would highly recommend this company.
Excellent tour of Sa Pa. Sisi, the tour guide speak excellent English and takes great photos. In one day you see all the main attractions in Sa Pa
A good way to see Sapa if you are restricted to travel by way of bike or hiking. Gets you to all the main spots. Some great views - but the path well trodden and expensive….
Great tour. Sisi was an amazing tour guide who took care of everything and made it a very enjoyable day. Her local knowledge and ability to communicate added to the experience. Highly recommend 👌
We had a fantastic day visiting villages, rice fields and waterfalls. Sisi was a fantastic guide, the perfect balance of helpful and still giving you space. We chose private tour as I am not very fit and worried about the pace of a group trip. Sisi was super understanding and adapted the pace.
Mý, our guide, and driver De, were really kind and helpful and helped make our day out extra special. I walked both the waterfalls and wouldn't recommend it if you have mobility issues. Mý helped me on the tricky bits on the 2nd one. The glass walkout over the bush was special but not if you don't like heights. The meal in the local restaurant was good and plentiful even if I doubt locals ever ate there. We stopped and went into a rice field and got to go to places to get that iconic photo shot. Cat cat village is all for tourists but still interesting but be aware there are a quite a few steps to walk down.
Private tour perfect to optimise the number of attractions in Sapa. With the car you can reach different places on few time to be explored by feet. We have been in Cat Cat village, saw the Lao Cai Village where local food was included, passed by Tan Van, the Sapa market and then an amazing waterfall and skyline. To mention: The tour with the car allows to see several villages and natural places. One point of improvement: Maybe giving a little bit of more information about culture and ethnicities of the area. Thank you Sissi to guide us!
Sisi was a fantastic tour guide, offering the local insights and spots. She ordered a delicious lunch for us and took us to amazing waterfalls and viewpoints. I would highly recommend the tour with Sisi!
This tour is well worth the time and money and you will experience a true sense off the area in a short space of time Our guide cc was informative friendly and really looked after us ensuring we saw what we wanted
We did the full day private tour of Sapa and it was the best day we've had in Vietnam. Our guide Sisi was fantastic. Her English was very good and during the drive she shared lots of interesting information about life in Vietnam and in the villages of Sapa. It was fantastic to learn more about the culture from an informed local. We started the day with a visit to the Silver Waterfall followed by Love Waterfall. Both had lots of steps and were challenging for myself as I am asthmatic. Sisi was incredibly considerate and understanding, she encouraged us to take our time and to go at our pace. This meant I was able to experience the full tour and participate in all of the activities which I wouldn't have felt comfortable doing in a large group tour. We then went to Lonely Tree view point where the views were stunning. We chose to do the glass bridge which isn't included in the price but worth the extra money to experience the amazing views. My favourite part of the day was visiting the villages where we had a delicious lunch, walked in the rice fields and bought some souvenirs from the stalls selling hand made crafts. Sisi lives in one of the villages we visited and shared lots of interesting information about life in the village and the different tribes living in Sapa. Cat Cat village was amazing and we are looking to visit there again to spend a little more time exploring. Overall the day was amazing. Sisi was a fantastic guide took lots of pictures for us and gave us an experience to remember. The driver did an excellent job navigating the challenging roads. We would recommend this to anyone visiting Sapa especially if you feel a large group tour wouldn't meet your needs.
I did this tour solo, and from the moment I was picked up, Sisi’s warmth and enthusiasm made me feel completely at ease. Her deep knowledge of Sapa’s history, culture, and minority communities brought each stop, Cat Cat, Lao Chai, Ta Van, etc, to life with fascinating stories and insights. The pace was perfect: relaxed but never dull, with smooth transitions between markets, villages, waterfalls, and terraced fields. Sisi’s adaptability and passion for her home made the experience even more special. A truly memorable tour professional, insightful, and fun. Highly recommend for solo travellers wanting to experience Sapa in a meaningful way.
Thank you very much Chinh for the amazing tour! Chinh was prompt, informative & easy going to what I wanted with this tour. He worked out all the transportation and I had a wonderful time! Great English and a great personality! He was very organized and couldn't have asked for a better tour. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to book again! If you are wanting a knowledgable guide to help you create memorable memories definitely book with Chinh!
Amazing day experiencing all Sapa has to offer!! Waterfalls, Tribes.. dispite the rain it was a truely amazing day! Thanks so much to our amazing guide Chi Chi !!
