We had a sudden change of plans and needed to head back to Hanoi from Sapa. Unfortunately, it was quite difficult to find a ride at such a late hour but thankfully, I came across this VIP service on Agoda. Despite the last-minute booking, they were able to accommodate us, which we really appreciated. The entire ride was smooth and comfortable, the driver was very accommodating, and the car was clean and spacious perfect for the two of us. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a huge relief given the situation. Highly recommended!

The driver come to pick up us before the time and gave the free upgrade accommodation for my family way to Sapa,in the middle way we ask for coffee break and Wc.the driver also agree to gave us 30minute break amd snack.the only minus is the driver cant pseak english but do far still okay because he can use google translate if we need anything.thanks 😍😍😍

Driver was prompt and got us to the airport from Sapa. We were told 5 hr and 30 minutes and it was actually 4 hr and 15. Missed breakfast to make sure we arrived on time. Vehicle was not up to the standard for the price we paid.

Initially I had problems communicating with the company. I emailed to the company via your platform but didn’t receive reply. I sent another message via WhatsApp one day before but no reply. I finally asked the hotel receptionist to call the company in Vietnamese and finally talked to a rep from the company. The driver came to pick us up on time. He was a nice guy and a safe driver but the car was not fully charged so we had to stop twice to recharge the car so we waisted our time waiting for it. We got to Sapa around 5 pm.

In the morning of the booking, we were informed the car that was suppise to pick us up, was broken. That's fine, these things happen. We were told to wait, while they'd try to arrange us another car. After an hour, another car arrrived...so small, I luggage barely fit in, and we sat like sardines in a tin box!! Could have handled even that, BUT...the driver was so tired, he fell asleep during driving, and the whole trip from Hanoi to Sapa all we did, was to try to keep him awake!!!! Not a sressfree cardrive I thought I paid for!!!

Punctual driver. Comfortable ride. Bottles water available in the car. Rest stop about two thirds into journey…..driver’s English was poor, so tried to use Google translate to say we would like to stop at a 5 star rated cafe 2 minutes from one of the junctions. Unfortunately the driver did not understand and went to, what seemed to be his standard stop at a motorway service station…higher prices and payment for loo needed. No issues otherwise. Arrived in good time at Hanoi Airport.

They just sent a Xahn SM (ride share app in Vietnam) driver. It was an electric SUV, and its battery died 11 km before reaching our destination. We stayed on the roadside for more than half an hour waiting for a cab coming from SaPa to finally complete our trip.

Very comfortable journey with an excellent driver. Everything worked well, on time, well presented, comfortable car and even reclining seats for a little snooze on the way.

The van itself was comfortable and communication was good. Our driver to Sapa was amazing, but 2nd driver back to the city was very rude, spoke no English, and tried to rip us off by demanding a totally unnecessary few. There was a reason why the service is cheaper compared to the one offered by our hotel

I’m sorry some folx didn’t have a great experience, b/c ours was absolutely perfect. From our driver, to his car, and the trip overall: everything was smooth & easy. Tam was our driver. He was at our hotel 15 min early, greeted us with a big smile & two waters, loaded our luggage for us, and gave us a fully charged iPad connected to his Bluetooth so we could play music and videos. Tam’s car was a nice, clean & spacious Toyota SUV. We could control the AC from our row & our seats reclined all the way back. It was quite a comfortable ride. We left Old Quarter at 1800 and arrived at 2315. Tam stopped twice, per our request, for bathroom breaks and stretches. Tam’s driving was safe, predictable and reliable and he was a true professional. In my opinion this was totally worth the money and we’ll do it again!

The driver were skilled for driving around the mountain. He drove quit slow but yet concern about safety. The driver couldnt speak English but we communicated though google translation. Overall experience was fine.

Transfer was mainly as described. Pick up from Sa pa hotel on time and drop off at Ha Noi hotel. Didn’t get a water bottle as said and the car could have been cleaner inside.

Driver was very friendly but was over 30 minutes late picking us up without any communication. We had to have help from hotel staff to track him down. Also I understand it’s a long drive, but we also had to stop a separate time along the way to charge his car, where we had to stand out in the sun and heat for almost an hour. I guess I don’t understand why they would use a car that would not make the whole drive if they knew the distance ahead of time. The car was not very comfortable with tight space and stiff seats, but got us from point A to point B.

I booked a private transfer from Hanoi to Sapa for April 14, 2025, but the experience was unsatisfactory. The tour operator double-charged me for the service. When I raised the issue, they claimed my initial payment was flagged as "fraudulent" by the bank, which was incorrect—the payment had already been processed. Despite providing proof, the operator refused to acknowledge the mistake, leaving me out of pocket. The lack of professionalism and transparency was disappointing. The operator's failure to resolve a simple billing issue reflects poorly on their customer service. I had to spend unnecessary time and effort trying to rectify their error. Advice to Others: Double-check all charges immediately after booking. Be prepared for potential payment disputes and keep all documentation handy. Turned up on time and got us to the airport way ahead of time but very dangerous and careless driver. I was scared for my life.

The ride was long. Make sure that you really prepare for this trip. It is a hit and miss, it was a miss for us. The driver was texting while driving and receving phone calls on your way. The communication skill of the driver was not also one of the best. We thought that drivers were vetted to take such positions but we learned our lesson.
