My First Paragliding Experience at 55 – Sa Pa, Vietnam! 🪂❤️ Age is just a number! At 55 years old, I finally fulfilled one of my dreams — my very first paragliding experience in the beautiful mountains of Sa Pa, Vietnam! What an amazing and unforgettable experience! The feeling of flying high above the mountains, enjoying the breathtaking scenery, and seeing the world from a completely different perspective was simply incredible. A little nervous at first, but once we took off, it was pure excitement and freedom! Definitely an experience worth trying, no matter your age. A BIG THANK YOU to my pilot for the excellent guidance, professionalism, patience, and making me feel safe throughout the flight. You made my first paragliding experience truly special! At 55, I'm proud of myself for being brave enough to step out of my comfort zone. **Life is too short to wait. Had an incredible experience doing this, it was so fun and I felt very safe the whole time. We did some tricks at the end. Prem was lovely and explained how to download the videos at the end! Make sure you have storage on your phone if you buy this option, we paid around £80 in total (each).

I had a really good time. The instructor were really nice and explained everything. They also made sure everything was alright and you were ready. The pictures and videos turned out great and they too a lot and you also could take them yourself. It was amazing!!!

Paragliding was definitely the highlight of my Sapa trip. It was worth every penny, every minute, and every effort. As someone who’s afraid of heights, you’d think this kind of activity would terrify me. But surprisingly, it wasn’t scary at all. Instead, it felt incredibly fun and freeing. When it was almost our turn to jump, the weather wasn’t looking good. As many people say, Sapa’s weather is unpredictable. At that moment, it seemed like there was no chance the sky would clear up. I was already preparing myself to give up. Honestly, a part of me was even hoping the weather wouldn’t improve because I was still nervous about flying. But the universe had other plans. Suddenly, the sky cleared, almost as if it was telling me, “You’re not getting out of this. You have to experience it.” And when it was finally time to run and take off, there was no fear and no hesitation, only excitement. And wow... it was absolutely worth it. The entire flight was smooth and relaxing from takeoff to landing. The views were breathtaking, and the photos and videos turned out amazing. I highly recommend upgrading to the Insta360 package because it captures the whole experience so much better. I also highly recommend Sapa Paragliding. The team was friendly, professional, and made me feel safe throughout the entire experience. Special thanks to my pilot, Prem, for making my first paragliding adventure unforgettable. Looking forward to flying with you again in Nepal, especially after hearing how beautiful the paragliding experience is there! ⭐️ 10/10 experience. One of the best memories of my trip to Sapa.

That was so great experience the best i tried and its worth. We came on morning the guy Mr. Prem told me to wait to make sure the climate change and we waited and he made the perfect time due to my wait initially they told we go decending fast my guy Mr. Prem have went with multiple round and we made to the highest and made my day a very beautiful and and i recommend them without any doubt.
