We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Sapa. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so classy, luxurious, and welcoming. The hotel is beautifully presented, the rooms were spotless, and the views were absolutely breathtaking.
A special thank you to Julie, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference, and nothing was ever too much trouble. She is a real credit to the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Silk Path Grand Resort Sapa. The property is massive — easily one of the most spacious resorts we’ve stayed at, with beautifully landscaped grounds that made it feel like a retreat rather than just a hotel. Walking around the resort itself felt like an experience in its own right.
The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with lovely mountain views. Service stood out throughout the stay — the staff were attentive, warm, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, especially traveling with a young child.
Overall, a fantastic base for exploring Sapa. Highly recommend for families or anyone wanting a bit of space and quiet amid the mountains.

I would like to rate Silk Path Grand Sapa Resort & Spa beyond 5 stars if I could.
The staff were exceptionally attentive and vigilant whenever they saw my mother in a wheelchair. They acted promptly to assist her, always helping to push her between our room and the lobby. Their kindness, care, and professionalism made our stay truly comfortable and memorable.
The hotel is beautifully decorated, impeccably maintained, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was outstanding, featuring freshly baked bread, an excellent egg station, and a noodle station. The food quality easily exceeds what one would expect from a 5-star hotel.
Special thanks to General Manager Steve, who leads a wonderful team with humility, warmth, and professionalism. His leadership is clearly reflected in the exceptional service provided by every member of the staff.
I am truly impressed and cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding hospitality and care extended to my family. We felt genuinely appreciated throughout our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended! ❤️
Excellent hotel with amazing views! Mountain View rooms were worth the upgrade. Breakfast was more than adequate, and overall service was impeccable.
Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Bed was comfortable but a little too soft for my liking.
You know it’s a great place, as the GM himself was at the breakfast place personally helping with the service and interacting wit guest. Old school hospitality at its best!!
My second stay at Silk Path Grand Sapa Resort & Spa was just as wonderful as the first, especially during the early summer season. We were lucky to receive a complimentary suite room upgrade for my birthday, which made the stay even more special. Upon arrival, we were also offered complimentary afternoon tea — such a lovely addition to their already excellent hospitality.
The service throughout the stay was warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Special mention to Steve Tan for being very interactive with guests and even helping out during the busy breakfast buffet hours. The staff also surprised me with a birthday greeting and a delicious complimentary red velvet cake during breakfast.
The breakfast buffet itself was excellent, with a decent variety of food choices and a beautifully designed restaurant that made mornings feel extra cozy and relaxing.
We also appreciated the convenience of having two in-house restaurants open until 10 PM, plus a café serving pastries and coffee drinks — perfect after long tour days or cold evenings in Sapa.
Although the hotel is located uphill and not the easiest walk to the city center, the peaceful atmosphere, spacious property, and beautiful mountain views make it absolutely worth it. A truly memorable stay, and I’d happily return again.
