During my stay, I encountered an issue where the hair dryer in my room wasn't working properly. Just as I was feeling frustrated, two staff members, Quynh Anh Pika and MANH LEVI, immediately came to help. They were incredibly professional and patient, quickly troubleshooting and identifying the problem for me. Thanks to their warm and efficient assistance, I was able to dry my hair successfully without delaying my schedule. This kind of thoughtful and prompt service truly left a deep impression on me. I highly recommend this hotel!

I had such a wonderful stay! The staff were so friendly and very accommodating. Their attitude was excellent from check-in to check-out ( Levi Pika Eleven ) 💓 — they really made us feel welcome.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Plus, the hotel location is very accessible and it's nearby major tourist spots, so it was super convenient to go around.
Definitely coming back!
We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Square Hotel. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Misty and Shyn, who were both polite, friendly, and very accommodating. They made us feel at home despite the cold weather outside.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of four. Throughout our stay, Misty was always happy to assist us whenever we had questions. She was consistently warm, approachable, and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable.
Thank you to the team at Sapa Square Hotel for your excellent hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting S
The room is very spacious and clean. The hotel is at a very good location at sapa square, right opposite to sapa station. Where you need to take the cable car and furnicular train to Sun World Fansipan Legend.
The staff is very courteous, kind, and helpful. Misty has been very patient and accommodating to us, and help us to check in early. It is truly appreciated as we have been in an overnight train from Hanoi and is very exhausted. Leo was also very helpful. Thank you for the good services and great room.
Excellent location. Just sitting next to sapa station.
Walking distance to atm station, sapa core, sapa lake and restaurants/coffee shops.
The place is well maintained, organized and clean.
All staffs are very accommodating. Shout out to miss misty in the reception area. Very friendly and helpful. She makes you feel you are home.
Nice place to retire after a long day outdoors.
