Sapa Jade Hill Resort & Spa

Absolutely amazing stay at the Jade Hill Resort in Sapa. Stayed for 4x nights in one of the panoramic view rooms and the view did not disappoint. The property is very beautiful with thoughtful landscaping. The rooms themselves are little cottages that have 2x panoramic view rooms on each side, great if you are staying as a group and want both rooms together. The views from each seemed to be all very good with some maybe having a slightly better view than other rooms but same same really. The cottages are a bit further away from the main reception but they have a fleet of electric golf carts that run 24/7 and when you call reception they are at the room in less than a minute to pick you up. The service all around was 5stars with everything explained clearly at check-in. The turn down service is super cute with a little daily affirmation left on the bed too. The facilities are top notch with a nice pool and sauna. The breakfast was a highlight for me with one of the best experiences I have had from a hotel breakfast at any place I have stayed before. The options were plenty full with everything you could want for breakfast with hot noodle soups, pho, pancakes, bacon, breads, boiled eggs, rice, steamed buns, fruits, salads, cheeses, cereals, yoghurt, portage and plenty more. Slight downside is that it is a bit out of town and traffic can be a pain during holiday periods but outside of those times it is not that inconvenient. I will definitely be back to stay at Jade Hill if in Sapa again.

Could not recommend this hotel enough. It was a dream staying here. We were upgraded for free to a panoramic view room with sweeping views of the mountains and valley. The room was extremely comfortable and well-maintained. I would highly recommend a room with the large soaking tub. Mattresses were comfortable and the ac was cold. The pool was also beautiful with a view of the mountains. The meals were excellent. We included breakfast in our stay and it was phenomenal. Well worth the extra cost. Free ice cream between 2-4 pm each day, too! We also ate dinner at the restaurant everyday and the food was excellent. If you’re looking for top tier service, this was the place to go. My husband banged up his knees on a trek and they were able to provide basic first aid materials at not cost to us. The ladies running the breakfast and dinner services were top notch in their attention to detail, recommendations, and attentiveness. Every staff member was courteous, dedicated, and seemed to truly care about taking care of the guests.

Had a lovely stay here! The room was cozy and comfortable, staff were very helpful, and the service was always fast. We had a few minor room issues at first, but they fixed everything promptly and made our stay very welcoming. Housekeeping was done daily, and buggy/transportation service was available anytime as the rooms were a bit far from reception. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed at this resort and I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful the experience was. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. We stayed in a bungalow with a mountain view, and the room was amazing. It was very clean, housekeeping came every day, and the attention to detail really impressed me. The hotel restaurant was magnificent. We had almost all of our meals there and everything was delicious. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful the whole time. Truly, everything was perfect. 10/10 experience
