One of the best hotel stays I have had! The property is amazing and very Instagram worthy around every corner! The views form the rooftop are breathtaking, the pool is a work of art, the fanciest pools I’ve ever swam in! The location is incredible as it’s pretty much the centre point of Sapa. If you are visiting fansipan (which is the number one activity to do in Sapa) then the amazing thing is that station to leave for the trip is connected to the hotel itself! In conclusion, Amazing value for what is being offered.

Our stay at the hotel was a wonderful and unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked into the lobby, with all its French colonial grandeur, and enjoyed a welcome hot chocolate, we knew our stay would be memorable. Our room offered spectacular views over the rice terraces and valleys to the mountains beyond. It continued the French theme and was lavishly appointed. The Juliette-style balcony looked out over the town square and the bustle of life in Sapa. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, and keen to assist with local information and bookings. The dining experience is second-to-none, offering both authentic North Vietnamese cuisine and also delicious, chic, French-influenced flavours. A big thank you to Oliver, Director of Culinary and Service, who oversees this vast, complex operation. We would like to especially thank Christine, the Guest Experience Manager, whose professionalism, skill and friendly, light-hearted manner made our stay even more special. The MGallery hotel, Sapa, deserves its five-star rating and more, and we encourage anyone visiting Vietnam to enjoy its amazing atmosphere, luxury and location.
We did a mistake by staying in this hotel for our first 3 nights out of our 8 nights in Sapa. Because after this hotel, all other hotels fall short of everything. Literally, everything is perfect about this hotel: the location, the rooms are big and clean and well equipped with everything you need even an iron board and an iron, amazing views from the balconies, the ambiance is out of this world, the staff is well trained and speaks English, we also loved their bar Absinthe with a very innovative food menu from all over the world and very cleverly connected to famous people from around the world. The food is awesome and wine selection is good too. The Cacao cafe on the ground floor serves the most amazing hot chocolate drink. This is the hotel we will definitely come back again and again!
I had never heard of Bill Bensley before staying at this hotel, and I was completely blown away. The design is simply breathtaking, with every detail carefully considered and beautifully executed. You can tell an incredible amount of thought has gone into every corner of the property.
The service was exceptional from start to finish, making the entire experience feel effortless. Everything was just perfect, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend this hotel more for anyone planning a stay in Sapa. It’s a truly unforgettable place.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Sapa. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops just a short walk away.
The hotel’s design is beautiful and unique, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere.
The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. One of my favorite features was the heated swimming pool, which was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Sapa.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the restaurant itself had a cozy and inviting ambiance.
Most importantly, every staff member was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sapa and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience.
