This hotel is absolutely stunning. The property itself is incredibly beautiful, but what makes the experience truly special is the scenery around it. The views are magical, especially around sunset — being able to watch the sun go down over the mountains directly from our window was unforgettable. Staying here really feels like a unique experience rather than just a regular hotel stay. One thing I would mention for future travelers is the location. The hotel is in a rather remote and peaceful area, which is of course part of its charm, but it is worth knowing in advance, especially if you are planning a longer stay. There are very few shops nearby, most restaurants in the area close around 7 PM, and getting to Sapa town takes approximately 30 minutes by car each way. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it is definitely something that is useful to know and plan around. That being said, there is plenty to do without leaving the hotel. The property has a huge territory where you can walk around, explore and simply enjoy the incredible mountain views. There are also many activities and entertainment options, a beautiful swimming pool and an excellent spa. It is actually a wonderful place to slow down and spend time at the hotel itself. I would especially like to thank the staff, who made our stay even better. A special thank you to the reception team. Because the property is so large, naturally there are quite a few questions when you first arrive, and you also sometimes need assistance with the electric buggies that take guests around the hotel grounds. The young gentleman at reception spoke excellent English and was incredibly helpful and attentive. He was in touch with us from the very beginning, even before we arrived, and until literally the last moments of our stay. We genuinely felt very well looked after throughout the entire experience. Another big thank you to the restaurant team, and especially to the manager, for helping us choose dishes, arranging our table and always being so welcoming and friendly. Those little details and personal attention really make a difference. Thank you so much to the entire team for such a beautiful stay. Between the breathtaking scenery, peaceful atmosphere, beautiful property and wonderful staff, this was a truly memorable experience. We are very happy we had the chance to stay here and will remember it for a long time.

The hotel itself is an outstanding base with premium amenities, but the real standout is the operational support. As a foreign traveler, I encountered a local payment issue: I needed to make an urgent digital transfer via a local QR code but only had cash. Vinh, the Marketing Supervisor, stepped in immediately and resolved the issue with zero friction by making the transfer for me. It is rare to find a team that thinks outside the box to solve non-standard problems. Vinh is a massive asset to this hotel. Highly recommended.
Staff did not provide safety instructions for their activities, which is a concern for participant safety. After paying for the zipline at the ticketing hall, I went down to the zipline area and a staff member told me to wait. No one followed up for 30 minutes. When I went back up to the main ticket hall myself, the staff claimed no one had seen me — despite one of them having spoken to me earlier. No refund was provided. Poor communication and no accountability. I would not recommend.
The place is very beautiful, but the hotel staff works terribly. They ruined my clothes in the laundry and assured me that they were already stained before washing. They didn't eliminate the breakdown in the room we reported. When we wanted to move to another bungalow, the staff couldn't figure out which rooms they had free and which they didn't. It all ruined our vacation in such a beautiful place. Don't take your clothes to the hotel laundry, they can ruin them
We went on March 24th, 2026. While entering they tricked us to buy only an entry ticket for 250,000 and the lady didnt mention any packages. Whereaa the entry fee is 150,000. When we found out, we returned to the ticket station and explained to change the ticket to book a bundle, theh refused and were very rude. The staff inside didnt speak any english, moving around, communicating was HARD. Even when we requested a buggy to take us to the meeting point, the guy by the mario karts was ao rude and kept shouting at us to walk upwards. The place itself is amazing, beautiful scenwry and loatioms to tajw pictures in and nice activities. The beauty of the place is really disrubted by the staff, language restrictions, rudeness and lack of signs to direct to different areas, activities and simply overall instructions l.
