Great experience from start to finish! Our guide, David, was phenomenal—incredibly professional, warm, engaging, and attentive to every detail. Having the tour completely private for our family made it feel so special and personal. Meeting the farm owners was an unforgettable highlight; they welcomed us like family and gave us an immersive, hands-on walk through the coffee trees and production facilities. On top of that, we enjoyed an authentic Brazilian cachaça tasting, along with a fantastic breakfast and a truly delicious lunch. If you want a unique, world-class cultural and culinary adventure, do not miss this tour!

We had a wonderful experience with kaali who was our tour guide. She has a wonderful sense of hospitality and a real understanding of the needs of her guests. She understood our interests and guided us thoughtfully throughout the day and hit the main sites for us given our limited time. She also had a great connection with street artists and others that made our encounters and our tour very special. Thanks for a great tour! Really enjoyed our time in São Paulo and highly recommend her and the tour.
Excellent experience!!!!! Best driver and tour guide ever! Milly and Airton are the best company you can get and you will have fun all the way to the Fazenda! Great food at the Fazenda!!! The hosts are the nicest persons ever and you will take a piece of Concorde with you! Totally recommended! I really hope you get them as your company when travelling there. With them, fun is 100% guaranteed!
I’m Brazilian visiting family, and my partner and I wanted to experience something culturally significant to the country, such as coffee. Unfortunately, this tour didn’t meet my expectations, especially considering the price. Based on the tour description, I expected a more detailed and immersive experience than what was delivered. The bathroom facilities were quite poor and uncomfortable to use — the water wasn’t turned on when we arrived, and there was no soap available in the men’s bathroom. Our tour guide had limited English proficiency and didn’t show strong knowledge of the history of the place, which made it difficult for my partner to follow and enjoy the experience. Since I speak Portuguese, I ended up helping with translations so the tour would be more understandable for him — something I didn’t expect to have to do. It’s worth mentioning that our guide was not the usual guide for this tour, as the main guide was unavailable that day, which may have contributed to some of these issues. The food offered was good but very simple, and far below what I expected for the price and for a full-day tour. I was told that the menu changes depending on the number of visitors, but this wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the tour description. The description also stated that we would visit one of two farms depending on availability. However, the guide mentioned that the other farm (in Jundiaí) has a more “luxurious” feel and focuses more on the coffee production process — exactly the type of experience I was hoping for — as opposed to the one we visited (in Itu), which had more of a small, family-run atmosphere. This difference wasn’t mentioned in the description, and I believe it would have helped set more accurate expectations. Additionally, the visit to the coffee plantation we did see felt rushed and overly simplified. I was hoping for a deeper, more engaging explanation, especially given how important coffee is to Brazilian culture. That said, we did enjoy the roasting process demonstration and the brief explanation on how cachaça is made — both were interesting and well presented. At the end of the day, the car had a mechanical issue, and we had to return home by Uber — which the guide paid for — but it was not a smooth ride. On a positive note, the tour guide was kind and genuinely tried to help despite the limitations, and the family who ran the farm were extremely welcoming and hospitable. The coffee we purchased there is of very good quality, and we were kindly given a coffee liqueur as a gift, which we really appreciated. Overall, the tour has potential, but several aspects need improvement before I could recommend it.
Visiting this coffee farm in São Paulo was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to Brazil. The farm has been in the same family for many generations, and you can feel the love, history, and tradition in every corner. In the house beautifully preserved antiques to the rich stories shared by the owners. The husband and wife who run the farm were the most incredible hosts. They are warm, welcoming, and truly passionate about what they do. They treated us like family and served a delicious homemade Brazilian breakfast and lunch that we'll never forget. Every dish was made with care, and of course, everything was accompanied by the most amazing coffee we've ever tasted. The coffee was fresh, bold, and full of character. Walking through the farm, learning about the coffee-making process. This tour was a heartfelt journey into Brazilian culture, tradition, and hospitality. If you're anywhere near São Paulo, do not miss this experience. It’s a true hidden gem and a must for coffee lovers! Adi did an amazing job with translating everything for us in English.
The tour we had today with Adi, is the kind that will remembered always. Adi and the plantation owners, Rosy and Francsico are eager to share the history of Brazil as it relates to the plantation, information about coffee plants and how to create a good cup of coffee as well as fabulous homemade refreshments including coffee. The pan de quejo was amazing!!! We also learned about Rosy and Francisco's lives and their dreams for the plantation. Last but not least, Adi our guide, was provided informative comments and insights. We felt that we got to know about coffee plantation life but a peek into the lives of 3 Brazilians. It was great!
I booked the tour on viator website. At the scheduled time I went to the reception of my hotel to meet my tour guide. However nobody came. After waiting for 20 minutes I started calling the local agency using the phone number that was in my voucher. Nobody answered. I reported the case to Viator and they promised to refund me during the next 5 days. Common, guys! We live in the 21st century. I can send money to any account in 2-3 minutes. Why du you need 5 days for that? If I do not have my money in the next two days I will report a fraud to my bank and ask them to cancel my initial payment to viator.
The coffee farm was fascinating. The farm owner is a rare gentleman. He is a wealth of knowledge about local history and coffee production.
Unforgettable experience, a journey in time. We were very well received by the couple Mr Chiquito and his wife D. Rosie owners of this oldest farm in the municipality. The well preserved 1595 Casarão, the Senzala, the food prepared on wood fire with impeccable flavor, the feet of coffee , the fruits of the trees that turn into jelly and liquors , the coffee toaster machines, the taste and aroma of pure grain and the cachaça alambiques contributed to make this tour wonderful!!! I recommend!!!
The experience was very gratifying. The Fazenda Concórdia founded around 1595 shows a bit of the history of colonial Brazil, long before the great barons of the coffee settled in SP. The guide Milly and the driver Ailton were very kind and professional. And the couple Rose and Chiquito, who are in charge of the farm, make no effort to tell the history of the place, serve a delicious meal and present each of the farm’s spaces. It was worth escaping the city and enjoying a day in the countryside.
The farm really brings a trip to the past, really fantastic 1595 year's casarão, the tour also enables the visit to the senzala, area of the coffee machinery, alambique and cafesal. The receptivity of the hosts is sensational, they welcomed us with a wonderful breakfast, with products made on the farm and after the visit to the farm served an exceptional lunch. Really a walk that is worth it!!!
Close to São Paulo. Easy access. Beautiful, centenary farm, full of historical record. Guided tour. Immaculate hospitality. Exceptional breakfast, delicious lunch. Thank you Sampa Trip and Concordia Farm. We had an unforgettable day!
The visit was very interesting and informative and above all reflective on the past of slavery and the presence of Italians. The Fernanda guide was very nice and very considerate to answer all our questions. Not knowing all the Portuguese helped us a lot the presence of Ornella to translate. excellent breakfast and also lunch. It was a beautiful day that I will carry in my heart
I was really looking forward to this tour, but to be honest, I was quite nervous about the English guide. However, the guide explained things slowly and clearly, and showed great attention to detail, so I was able to spend the whole day pleasantly. Although it can sometimes be a bit stiff, there was absolutely no such consideration, and it's no exaggeration to say that I was smiling the whole time. Even though I was alone, I was able to relax and enjoy the whole day. Finally, I was really grateful for the several pieces of information that I was able to share with you that I think will be very useful the next day and beyond. I hope to meet you again the next time I visit São Paulo.
Due to concerns about Portuguese, we asked for a tour in Japanese and they arranged for us to have a Japanese interpreter. On the coffee plantation, everything was in Portuguese, but my guide Adi was always there to make sure I could follow the explanation. If English is OK, I think you can join in English. At the coffee farm, they offer coffee and snacks. The ponde kejo was really delicious. Adi, the couple who run the farm, was very enthusiastic about the history and culture of the coffee plantation. It was a great learning experience, and it was a fun day to have another good coffee.
It was a wonderful tour. Sensational! We went with the guide Adi, who really makes a difference. Very friendly, knows the whole journey well, positive energy! The farm staff was wonderful. Very kind people, who make us feel at home. It was all wonderful. We will definitely return to the same tour. Thank you so much for everything. My family and I thanked all Vcs who gave us a lot of joy, especially in the days we are all living. Thank you!!
It was a very good experience, the coffee was the best I have ever had, Adi is an excellent guide, and the people on the farm are also very nice, and they serve us very well
The coffee is wonderful, the stories of the farm are amazing, and we learned a lot, the Mood is very nice and the people are very nice.
